Model Kindly Myers isn’t shy about getting a little work done!
The Nashville-based model headed to Beverly Hills, California, to meet with Dr. Simon Ourian, cosmetic dermatologist. Although the ex-soldier is in great shape and regularly shares videos of himself working out on his StairMaster, he decided to get some work done to fix his “hip”.
Please Get Some Work Done To Address His ‘Hip Drop’
On Thursday, the Army National Reserve veteran posted a minute-long video on his Instagram page, chronicling his visit to Epione.
“Today I stopped by Epione in Beverly Hills to see the one and only Dr. Simon Ourian,” Kindly began, showing a view of the spacious office. “I want to do something about my hip drop because, even if I exercise, it’s something I can’t change on my own.”
“The office is amazing. It’s beautiful. It is state of the art. They brought me a really cute little coffee with my face on it,” he said while showing off the latte in the video. “Hospitality is amazing. Dr. Ourian came and he marked me in the areas that I needed to work on and he did everything perfectly.”

“I… I’m very happy with my decision to do this,” he added. “It will look absolutely amazing. So. Here I am, on the table. The whole process is actually very fast. I didn’t expect it to go so quickly and it didn’t hurt. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone interested.”
“Can’t wait to show you the results,” he concluded.

In the caption, Kindly wrote, “Stopped by to see @simonourianmd1 at Epione in Beverly Hills. The office and staff are amazing. Worked on my hip dips with a non-surgical procedure. I can’t wait to see the results! It’s basically painless with zero downtime.”
“Why tease PERFECTION?” one fan asked with a fire emoji. “I’m glad everything went well with the procedure and I can’t wait for the results,” commented another follower. “Stay natural,” wrote a third fan. “Girl if I had disposable income I’d be over it!” another follower responded.

So What Really Are Hip Dips?

According to Heathline, a hip dip is “a naturally occurring indentation or indentation on the outside of your upper leg just below your hip bone. For some people, the skin in this area is more closely connected to the greater trochanter of the femur, causing the appearance of an indentation.”
The publication notes that hip dip is a normal part of everyone’s body and can appear as a large indentation in some people and less noticeable in others. How noticeable it is depends on the bone structure between a person’s pelvis and femur. Their appearance can also be “enhanced” based on how a person’s body distributes fat and how much muscle mass they have.

Unfortunately, it seems that “hip dip” is determined primarily by genetics, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be changed through cosmetic procedures, as Mohon has done. Hip dips are more pronounced in those with wider hip bones and more distance between the hip socket and the ilium, which creates a wider space between the bones and therefore a more pronounced hip.
Believe it or not, Heathline reports that sagging hips are actually a sign that there is low body fat in that area. Although it is possible to build muscle mass in your glutes to help reduce their appearance, the publication says that there is no way to get rid of them completely.
