American television personality and fashion designer Kristin Cavallari has expressed her dissatisfaction with her dating experience following her divorce from ex-husband Jay Cutler.
Cavallari, who previously called her divorce from the NFL star “the best thing I ever did,” pointed out that she has attracted many married men since her divorce from Cutler.
The “Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County” alum also clarified that she wouldn’t consider starting a relationship with an athlete again, noting that she pays more attention to schedule at this point in her life.

During a conversation with Rachel Bilson at Broad Ideas podcast, Cavallari stated that the men who have been united in marriage are mostly people who have been interested in her since her divorce from Cutler.
The “Very Cavallari” star expressed her dissatisfaction with her reality before stating that she’s not ready to be in a relationship because “I’m attracted to all these unavailable men.”
Cavallari, 36, contrasted her dating history, revealing that she dated “a lot of kids” in her early 20s and late 20s before declaring what kind of man she wanted. “This is ridiculous. I need someone strong,” he shared.

He said, “I will not have more children. It’s hard for me to go back and have another one because my baby is seven and I can’t imagine going back and doing it again. So, unless I meet the love of my life that’s awesome and he wants it and has nothing, maybe, but it’s like, I don’t think so.”

Even after admitting that finding the right partner can be difficult, Cavallari hasn’t given up on finding a partner but shared that she will pay more attention to herself and hold potential suitors to a “higher standard.”
The “Uncommon James” founder stated that he had met and talked to a few people but wasn’t ready for anything serious before explaining that he didn’t want to date an athlete again.
He explained that the athletes’ “busy” schedules were factors he considered before making the assertion, pointing out that he had met many of them in the past.

During the appearance at Back To The Beach podcast, the reality TV star shared her thoughts on dating men in sports.
“This is my deal. I met a hockey player. For me, right now in my life where I’m at, it’s more about the schedule. So baseball, they go all the time. Basketball, they lose all the time. Football is reasonable. Hockey, they have gone a lot, but it can be done,” he said.
Cavallari added, “Honestly, I don’t want to say anything that I’ll regret, but I don’t think I want to meet another athlete. I have done that. I want to leave it in the past.”

The Balancing On The Hill author married former NFL player Jay Cutler in 2013 but filed for divorce after seven years of marriage, citing “unbecoming marital conduct” and “irreconcilable differences” as reasons for their split, per TMZ.
At the time, Cavallari asserted that cohabitation with Cutler was “unsafe” and “inappropriate” and requested primary custody of their children.
Her ex-husband, Cutler, 39, has also been accused of infidelity with Cavallari’s best friend, Kelly Henderson, which caused a rift between them. He insisted that he tried to contact Henderson to clarify the issue but was met with defensive antics by him.
A source close to the former couple told People magazine that the cheating scandal between Cutler and Henderson was not what caused the rift in their marriage but that they had been having problems and not spending much time together.

The “Paradise Hotel” alum referred to her divorce from Cutler as “the best thing I ever did” while talking about Great School podcasts.
While pointing out that her children inspire her to be the best version of herself, Cavallari shared that she had to take that step to be able to give them more.
“Being in a relationship where I’m really unhappy, that’s not going to work for me. And I knew in my gut for a long time that I had to do it. It was the scariest thing I’ve ever done, getting divorced was the best decision,” Cavallari revealed, per Page Six.
She added, “What I also realized through divorce is that even in the most trying times, when we think the world is falling apart, we will always be sad, everything will always be terrible, we go through it … and then we look back and we realize why everything happen.”
