On Sunday, Cavallari dropped an image of Estes quality time with one of her sons on her Instagram Story. The couple had their backs to the camera as they spoke and walked through what appeared to be a shopping mall.
The reality TV star let the picture do the talking by leaving it captionless, except for a white heart emoji. The happy moment came just days after she opened up about her new relationship on the “Let’s Be Honest” podcast.
Cavallari explained that he found love again thanks to TikTok, recalling how it all started last September when he was scrolling through the app and came across Estes’ boy band, the Montana Boyz.
Referring to her BFF, Justin Anderson, who joined her in the episode, she said:
“I went, ‘Holy s—, who are these guys because they’re so hot, but especially this one,’ who I’ll refer to as Montana. I sent it to you. We were both like, ‘This is the hottest guy we’ve ever seen.’”

Although Cavallari fell in love with Estes at first sight, going so far as to describe him as “his type”, he did not make the first move. Three weeks after meeting the Montana Boyz, he received a DM on Instagram from the boy band saying, “I love you.”
The mother of three described her excitement at DM as “a little high school girl,” noting that she was overjoyed and decided to invite the boys to an episode of her podcast.
Fate seemed to bring him and Estes closer when he soon discovered the Montana Boyz had moved to Nashville, where he lived. This sparked Cavallari’s desire to have fun with the boys as he communicated with them via DM.
“I was like, they’re going to come on the podcast, it’s going to be a fun flirt, that’s all,” she said, but that changed when she realized Estes was the person she was talking to live. He recalled:
“I asked who I was talking to, and he said, ‘This is Montana answering.’ And I said, ‘Oh, great. You’re my favorite.’”
The Couple’s First Date Before Valentine’s Day
After bonding through DMs, Cavallari and Estes eventually met after the Montana boy moved to Nashville. He met the group in person during a night out on the town, but he “still didn’t think anything was going to happen.”
To her surprise, Estes made the first move and asked her to be his Valentine. However, the two couldn’t wait until February 14 and went on a first date the day before the romantic getaway as Cavallari had plans with her children for the big day.
“He came, he brought me flowers, picked me up, we went to dinner, it was very sweet,” the 37-year-old recounted their first meeting. Not only that; Estes also got to meet his girlfriend’s children, with Cavallari making introductions when he picked her up at home.
“This is the first man I say they’ve met. When Montana came to pick me up, the boys said, ‘Can I show you my room?’ Like upstairs in Montana with my kids, looking at their room. My sons are very excited about it,” revealed the mother of three.

A few weeks earlier, the “Very Cavallari” star started her new romance on Instagram. In the February 27 post, she looked radiant in a flattering halter-neck dress with beaded straps and rocked her blonde hair in loose waves.
By her side, Estes showed off her arm tattoos in a short-sleeved white top with black details and wore a backwards blue baseball cap. The couple posed with their heads together, flashing a heartbreaking smile for the camera.
In case fans didn’t get the memo, Cavallari confirmed her relationship with the Montana Boyz member in the caption of the post, writing, “He makes me happy.”
