The former Atlanta Falcons player is battling his wife, Zolciak, in one of the messiest divorces Bravo fans have ever seen. The father-of-four’s latest struggle is trying to keep his Rolls Royce.
It was reported that BMW Financial Services filed a lawsuit against Kroy on June 12. The company detailed that Biermann had entered into a lease agreement with them and could not hold up its end of the bargain for the 2020 Rolls-Royce Cullinan.
Several required payments were missed on Biermann’s behalf. The company stated that the car is currently in Biermann’s possession at the Georgia home he shares with his estranged wife.

“Mr. Biermann never imagined that he would find himself in this position, having his car repossessed,” Biermann’s lawyer claimed in court documents obtained by Online Radar. “But this is the result when people spend beyond their means. Kroy is retired and no longer receiving that NFL salary… I don’t think anyone told Kim.”
Biermann’s lawyer will go for the jugular, pointing out that Zolciak is to blame for the broken family situation.
“When it comes to finances, Kim is out of touch with reality; every month, Kroy has to scrape together enough money to pay the mortgage to save the house from foreclosure; they got a collection notice and now, legal action on behalf of the creditor,” admitted the lawyer.
“Kim continues to spend money on online gambling, wine, and things that are NOT necessities but luxuries. Well, now they have one less luxury item.”

Biermann has also made it clear through his lawyer that he will not allow his wife to return to reality TV and make money off the family’s death. Biermann allegedly worked overtime to protect her children from divorce.
Biermann claims, “[Kim] continue directing, in an insulting tone, abusive, profane and threatening language at [Kroy] with little concern if children are present.”
Lawyers also noted. “Based on previous experience, [Kroy] concern that [Kim] will use television shows to attract attention by discussing divorce and exposing children to behavior that is good for TV ratings, but not for the children’s mental health and well-being.”

The wannabe country singer’s lawyer insists that Biermann is the problem.
“The emotional and mental abuse that Kim suffered from this man over the years took its toll on her and, most heartbreakingly, on their children. Kim has always been a very devoted mother to her children; they were her whole world, and she was always there to love and support them every step of the way.”
