Underneath the collage, the mother of four wrote, “Like mother, like daughter.” Fans first met Farrah during her college graduation party when she appeared on the first season of “RHOBH,” with her mom and stepdad, Mauricio Umansky. The drama had already begun between Richards and the famous Hilton family at the time.
The Hiltons had called to congratulate the graduate on getting out of college, offering Richards a chance to talk about the tensions between the two families, particularly between her and her sister, Kathy Hilton.
The siblings put all their problems aside for the time being, with Kathy joining the RHOBH cast in season 11 and Farrah participating in her cousin Paris Hilton’s 2021 wedding as a bridesmaid. The couple’s feud found its way to the screen and took center stage when Farrah and comedian Zack Peter sat down on the final “#NoFilter with Zack Peter” podcast. After revealing that she and Paris are no strangers to seeing shady tweets about their mom online, she stated:
“We don’t talk about it, no. It hurts too much. We’re both very defensive of our mother — but we’re also very close.”
The realtor explained how important her relationship with her cousin was: “If we let that interfere with our dynamic, it would be too painful, really, and too difficult to unravel. So we let our moms do their thing and just shut it up.”
