Kylie Jenner Gets Love From Jewish Organizations Despite Deleting Pro-Israel Post On Instagram

Kylie Jenner has received support for her statements in favor of Israel during the conflict with Hamas. The beauty mogul posted her stance on Instagram, but it faced criticism from Palestinian sympathizers, eventually causing her to remove the post.

A pro-Israel organization has now stated that it is a shame that people cannot express themselves because of the backlash from “Hamas helpers.”

Another Jewish organization praised Jenner for speaking out and calling for more celebrities to support Israel. In the midst of the crisis and the rising death toll, some countries also expressed their support for the parties involved in the conflict.

Following a series of missile attacks by Hamas terrorists on Israel, Jenner posted a photo on Instagram featuring the Israeli flag with the caption, “Now and always, we stand with the people of Israel.” He also tagged StandWithUS, an international non-profit organization focused on Israeli education.

However, he was forced to delete his post of support for the Jewish state after receiving a barrage of negative comments in the comments section.

Now, the American socialite has been backed by Roz Rothstein, co-founder and CEO of StandWithUs, who believes that Jenner should not be pressured to delete her posts by people she describes as “Hamas helpers.”

“It’s a shame that some people can’t express themselves honestly because of intense pressure and intimidation by Hamas sympathizers,” Rothstein said, thanking Jenner for speaking out in support of Israel amid the current crisis, per TMZ.

A different organization, known as the American Jewish Committee, also appreciated Jenner for speaking up when she did and hoped she would post the post on her Instagram page.

“[She] did the right thing and acted wholeheartedly with his initial position,” said AJC spokesman Richard Hirschhaut, adding he “should be commended for speaking up and speaking out.”

He also insisted that more “messages of love, support, and solidarity with Israel” are needed from other celebrities as they fight the terrorist organization Hamas, which he claims uses social media to display “sheer barbarism.”

Hirschhaut added, “The power of social media and the power of celebrity are indispensable when Israel is at war and under attack by barbaric, inhumane and immoral terrorist organizations.”

Last Saturday, Hamas, the Palestinian militant group that controls the Gaza Strip bordering Israel, launched its most significant surprise attack, almost 50 years after Israel became involved in the Yom Kippur War.

The attack coincided with the Simchat Torah holiday. They began with terrorists launching thousands of rockets, hitting targets as far away as Tel Aviv and the outskirts of Jerusalem. However, most of them have been intercepted by Israel’s advanced Iron Dome missile defense system.

Subsequently, Hamas terrorists infiltrated 22 Israeli cities and military bases by land, sea, and air, taking civilians and soldiers hostage.

Israel responded with massive attacks on cities inside the besieged Gaza Strip, destroying many buildings, including high-rise structures, residences, schools, hospitals, and mosques. They are also reported to have captured a large part of the area and sent tank units ahead of a massive ground offensive against the terrorist organization.

The death toll is increasing

Since the start of the war, more than 1,000 people have been reported killed, and more casualties are expected in the coming days.

The ongoing conflict also risks developing into a wider regional confrontation following calls from Hamas terrorists to other organizations sympathetic to their cause.

One of them is the Lebanese Shia, a militant organization that went to war with Israel in 2006. The group recently shared that it is “closely following important developments in the Palestinian situation with interest,” hinting at getting into the mix if needed, per the New York Times newspaper.

Other Middle Eastern countries such as Iran, Lebanon, and Qatar have also shown support for Hamas in recent statements issued to the press. Meanwhile, Israel has seen countries like the US, UK, Australia, France, Norway, and Austria voice their support for them.
