However, the Kylie Cosmetics mogul was certainly in the spotlight this week while attending the Schiaparelli Spring/Summer 2023 fashion show in Paris.

She wears a man-made lion’s head attached to a black dress.

At first, many were shocked by the appearance and believed it was a real lion’s head. Kylie made sure to explain it was actually a fake, man-made head.

“THE BEAUTIFUL AND THE UGLY. thank you @danielroseberry and @schiaparelli for such a special morning. wow I love wearing fake art creations constructed by hand using man-made materials. beautiful beautiful ??,” she captioned her series of IG photos.

Surprisingly, the animal rights organization, PETA, gave Kylie a high opinion.

Since she and Irina Shayk wore the same look at the same fashion show (talk about FAUX fashion), the internet has done what it does best… viral mocking of the look.

Instagram account @f**kboyproblems shared a photo of Kylie being held at Pride Rock by Rafiki from “The Lion King.”

They captioned the post, “WHO DID THIS.”

@dubai92 and catboy92 shared a photo of what Kylie’s lion head looks like compared to Terry Hall’s lion head look.

“Who wears it better? Kylie Jenner or Terry Hall ??,” they captioned the post.

WHO IS BETTER TO WEAR IT?

Artist Travis Chapman shared a drawing of a lion wearing Kylie’s head on a gold chain. Talk about symbolism!

“The watering hole fashion show. This Kylie Jenner pendant was made by a meerkat using mud and straw,” said the hilarious caption.

Clearly, Chapman was taking a dig at Kylie’s caption on her post by making a point to note how the lion’s head was made.

As previously mentioned, PETA, which stands for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, shocked the public after praising Kylie for her unconventional outfit.

Explosion reported that PETA’s president, Ingrid Newkirk, expressed her thoughts on the brave face during an interview, saying, “Kylie’s look celebrates the beauty of lions and may be a statement against trophy hunting, where lion families are broken up to satisfy human egos.”

Newkirk appreciated how Kylie went fake for the look.

Mind you, the cosmetics mogul does own some real fur coats and animal skin purses/accessories.

“This highly innovative three-dimensional animal head shows that where there’s a will, there’s a way,” Newkirk said.

Although her lion head look was praised by the president of PETA, not everyone understood the message the makeup mogul was trying to convey.

We also report on the comments of his fans and enemies.

Fans Are Surprised By Kylie’s Look!

“Wtf is that? do we support the killing of endangered species anymore? they are shameless. Can’t they use their platform for something good, other than showing off. How much money they have and what they look like… sad (I know the lion isn’t real, but the message is so clear,” one chided Kylie in a comment.

“I really hope that’s not true. Disgusting promoting animal abuse and cruelty like that,” another shamed the queen of Kylie Cosmetics.

Someone was really upset with Kylie’s outfit writing, “This is the worst thing I’ve ever seen her do. And probably the first worst thing I’m at a loss for words.”

“This is really disturbing.. fake or fashion or whatever.. It’s like you are promoting poaching.. We should protect our wildlife and endangered species in every way,” said another.

“Even if it’s not real, it’s very unpleasant, especially when you know that lions are victims of poaching all over the world,” said one disappointed fan.
