‘Laguna Beach’ Alumna Lo Bosworth Is Turning A Page In Her Health Journey!

Lo Bosworth is getting ready to start a new project!

The reality TV sweetheart, who we all know as a high school student on MTV’s “Laguna Beach” in the middle, has turned to entrepreneurial life as the CEO of Love Wellness! The brand is built around “personal care products for women,” according to its official Instagram account.

Bosworth is incorporating personal care into an upcoming project she’s getting ready to release! The now 36-year-old, who was close with Lauren Conrad during their years on “Laguna Beach” and “The Hills,” has been promoting his upcoming project on Instagram. His latest post gives more information on what fans can expect after its release!

Read on to find out how Bosworth ‘turned the page’ in the health industry!

Bosworth Suffers Devastating Injuries That Have Affected His Relationship With Physical Activity

Bosworth’s dedication to health was greatly influenced by a difficult period during which he experienced two significant health problems.

In 2021, The Blast reports on a freak accident that happened to Bosworth two years earlier. He previously spoke about the incident publicly on Instagram.

According to our report, Bosworth was having dinner in Manhattan when he was critically injured at the door of the restaurant. The swinging door “came off its hinges and fell on his head.”

Love Wellness will suffer a brain injury from the accident and her daily life will be affected for a long time afterwards.

“I still struggle to remember the words from time to time and get my thoughts out coherently two years later,” Bosworth recalled of the incident.

He was also diagnosed with Mononucleosis shortly after the incident.

Bosworth will also provide more insight into her relationship with self-care and exercise after the incident.

Her commitment to taking care of her health was inspired in part by the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and the length of time it took her to recover from the aforementioned health events.

Bosworth ended an Instagram post where she talked about the injury, “This post is dedicated to my health and your precious and sometimes taken for granted health. If you have it, use it.”

Fans will be able to participate in Bosworth’s latest career endeavor!

Last week, he announced the release of “Love Yourself Well” on Instagram! Bosworth’s upcoming book serves as a companion to upcoming health challenges that his fans and followers can also join.

In her Instagram post from six days ago, Bosworth wrote, “This book is your guide to going from blah, to balanced and happy!”

He also gave his followers a look at the contents of the book.

Readers will learn about the “breakthrough science that explains the gut-brain-vaginal connection,” which is a built-in challenge.

“Love Yourself” also includes a “5-week health plan” on the challenge, more than 20 recipes compiled by Bosworth, a plan designed for supplements and exercise, and a “toxin elimination list.”

In an Instagram post from Tuesday Bosworth explained more about the book in the reel.

“As if you needed a reminder, I’ll give you one,” Bosworth told his followers in the reel, “January 7th, you, me, everybody, we’re doing a ‘Love Yourself’ show together. It’s a 5-week plan to bring your gut, your brain, [and] your vagina is back into homeostasis because those three organs are connected, it’s very easy to do. You still have time to get the book, honey!” he concluded.

Many of Bosworth’s followers were shocked by the show!

“Mine was delivered today!” shouted a follower.

“Ouch! I started on 1/1- loving it so far!” another follower wrote.

Several followers brought up “Laguna Beach” across two of Bosworth’s posts about his book.

“So random,” one follower commented on Bosworth’s post from last week, “but I’m rewatching ‘Laguna Beach,’ it’s funny because all the women are predicting what each other will be doing in ten years. They said you (Lo) would be a successful CEO/businesswoman… you said ‘no way,’ but… here you are.”

“Laguna Beach” and “The Hills” are both currently streaming on Netflix. Kristin Cavallari and Stephen Colletti also have a successful rewatch podcast about the series called “Back To The Beach.” The upcoming season will focus on the second season of “Laguna Beach” and new episodes will be released starting later in January!
