New reports have revealed that Jay Briscoe was not alone in the car during the car crash that ended his life.
Delaware State Police revealed that the late wrestler was driving with his two daughters, Gracie and Jayleigh, when another vehicle crashed into him in Laurel, Delaware.
The girls, aged 9 and 12, are currently in hospital receiving treatment. However, Briscoe’s wife, Ashley Pugh, stated in a Facebook post that Gracie was still in critical condition and had to undergo back surgery.
Briscoe’s fans have sent condolences in honor of the wrestler.

The publication cited a report from the Delaware State Police that revealed that a 27-year-old woman, Lillyanne Ternahan, caused the accident after swerving from her lane to collide with Briscoe’s vehicle.
While Briscoe and Ternahan died at the scene, his 9-year-old and 12-year-old daughters were rushed to a nearby hospital.
Both of them are currently receiving treatment for their injuries sustained in the accident. It is unclear where Briscoe and his daughter were headed before the accident that claimed the wrestler’s life.
The DSP is also still investigating the cause of the accident and has yet to confirm whether one of the drivers was drunk or a case of vehicle damage.
Jay Briscoe’s Wife Ashley Pugh Asks Fans To Pray For Her Daughter

Following the accident, Briscoe’s wife, Pugh, has revealed that Gracie’s condition is critical and she is still out of danger.
“Gracie is having surgery on her back,” Pugh said in a Facebook post Wednesday morning asking for prayers from the wrestler’s fans.
He added, “Jamin wants the whole world to pray for his daughter. WE BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF PRAYER!! Pray for the doctors and everyone who works on it! Pray for his precious legs to move again,”
The mother of four also revealed that Jayleigh is now stable, although her injuries are also serious. “Praying for Jayleigh, who has a pretty serious injury, but is stable and resting! Pray for strength for all of us,” he said. “We have a long, long road ahead of us!”

Briscoe’s departure was announced to the world by All Elite Wrestling (AEW) founder Tony Khan shortly after it was confirmed.
“Unfortunately, Jamin Pugh has passed away. Known to fans as Jay Briscoe, he was a star in ROH for over 20 years, from the first show to today,” Khan wrote in a post, per Many people.
The Ring of Honor owner also praised the professional wrestler and his brother Mark for their exploits in the wrestling enterprise.
He added, “Jay and his brother Mark dominated ROH, reigning as champions to this day. We will do anything to support his family. Rest In Peace, Guaranteed”
Jay Briscoe’s Wrestling Colleagues Offer Condolences

Briscoe’s death broke the hearts of his fans and colleagues in the wrestling industry. Wrestler Sami Zayn, who was friends with the late father of four and his brother, shared his grief over Briscoe’s death in an emotional post on Twitter.
WWE stars recorded, “I have no words right now to express my grief properly. I love Jay & Mark Briscoe. I’ve been so lucky to have shared a ring & shared so many laughs with Jay Briscoe, and I’m so sad to know this won’t happen again. RIP my friend.”
