Wild woman Rep. Lauren Boebert slipped in a quick grope session between vaping and singing out loud during her already famous viewing of “Beetlejuice” — later blaming her inappropriate behavior on her ongoing divorce.
Security footage from the Buell Theater in Denver Sunday showed the 36-year-old Colorado Republican reaching for his date’s crotch shortly after blowing a plume of vapor into the air, which he initially denied.
When her date — Democratic Aspen bar owner Quinn Gallagher, 46 — appeared to caress her breast, the congressman aggressively grabbed her hand to keep it there.
The heavy petting was just one in a series of immature acts by Boebert, which led theater staff to eject the couple before the end of the performance.
Many onlookers complained that the fire was smoky, blocking their view by raising their hands, taking pictures with flash lights and singing loudly.
The lawmaker refused the usher before finally leaving the venue – but not before warning them he would report them on the incident.

Before getting the boot, Boebert reportedly confronted a pregnant woman sitting behind him about his vaping, but the congressman told the mother-to-be “no.” Next 9NEWS

“Do you know who I am?” he was quoted as saying.
In a statement Friday, Boebert apologized for her disrespectful behavior, noting that she had recently separated from Jayson, her husband of 18 years.
The mother of four and grandmother of one filed for divorce in May, citing “irreconcilable differences.”

“There is no perfect blueprint for getting through a very public and difficult divorce, which over the past few months has been a challenging personal time for me and my entire family. I have tried to handle it with as much strength and grace as possible, but I just fell short of my values on Sunday,” he said.
Boebert also admitted to smoking from an electronic device inside the theater, repeating earlier claims by his campaign team that other audience members mistook the “thick fog machine” for vape pen smoke.
A pregnant woman sitting behind the rowdy couple said she asked Boebert to stop smoking, prompting police to call him “a sad, miserable person.”

“Whether it was the excitement of seeing the highly anticipated production or the natural anxiety of being in a new environment, I really don’t remember vaping that evening when I discussed the evening’s events with my campaign team while confirming my passion for the musical,” Boebert said.
He is seeking a third term in Congress and is expected to face Democratic challenger Adam Frisch in the general election.
It will be a rematch in the 2022 election where he narrowly defeated the Colorado businessman with 546 votes, or 0.16% of the 327,000 total votes cast.
