After her latest round of hospitalizations, Lea Michele shared an update on her son, Ever Leo Reich.

Just two weeks after announcing that she had to skip her Broadway show, “Funny Girl,” due to a health scare from Ever, the actress has revealed that the boy is back in the hospital.

While not sharing what triggered the incident, she admitted to having a hard time keeping up appearances while handling the situation. The former “Scream Queens” star shares Ever with her husband, Zandy Reich, whom she married in 2019 after two years of dating.

Michele, who has played the lead role of Fanny Brice in “Funny Girl” since its opening night in September 2022, was forced to drop out of the rest of the show last month following her first “scary health issue” Ever.

According to The Blast, the “Run to You” singer took to her Instagram Story, where she posted a photo of her hand resting on her son’s as she hugged a stuffed animal. In the text stack, he types:

“I’m sorry, but unfortunately, I’m leaving @funnygirlbway today. We are in the hospital with our son dealing with such a scary health issue that I need to be here.”

He ended the text with a call to action for viewers to send “love and strength” to his family.

The Blast reported in February that Michele had suffered some backlash after a former female colleague called her a “bad girl.” In a now-deleted clip shared to social media, the woman, Laura Eletel, drew attention to the actress’ alleged behavior on the set of the show, “The Mayor.”

Eletel began her rant by revealing that she worked as a background regular on the now-cancelled show, having to play the singer@: “Mama Who Born Me” during the filming of the series’ seventh episode.

As part of the requirements, he noted that he was expected to multitask to ensure the Bronx native delivered his role smoothly. However, when he met with the star of “Buster and Chauncey’s Silent Night” to read the script and analyze the director’s notes, the latter was less than friendly. In the words of Eletel:

“I’m like halfway; he didn’t even make eye contact with me, he didn’t say hello, he didn’t, like, acknowledge my presence. I was like, ‘OK, maybe he just, like, heard it. Its okay.'”

He added that when Michele became aware of his presence, the voice actor of “The Cleveland Show” rudely asked him to stop talking. The actress’ calm demeanor was more upsetting than the incident, including her refusal to arrive on set on time and throwing tantrums.

“By Episode 3, they were thinking of firing him because he kept throwing tantrums and being in his trailer too long and, like, making the production just over budget by the day,” the woman continued.

Eletel was also offended by the behavior of the Broadway queen of “Les Misérables” because of the backlash she received after being on “Glee.” He expects Michele to be more accommodating because she has been “officially blocked for being difficult” during the run of the musical.
