As part of the requirements, Eletel said she is expected to perform several tasks that will ensure the “Funny Girl” star fulfills her role.

Lea Michele Almost Got Fired

Eletel also explained in the video that Michele displayed other inappropriate behaviors, such as throwing tantrums and refusing to show up on time.

“By Episode 3, they were thinking of firing him because he kept throwing tantrums and being in his trailer too long and like, making the production just a few days over budget,” he said in a now-deleted TikTok by Perez Hilton.

Eletel also claimed that the 36-year-old “needs” the job because she faced backlash following accusations that she was “racist, mean and aggressive on the set of ‘Glee.'”

Thus, Michele still puts up an attitude despite being “officially blacklisted as difficult” at the time to the annoyance of her former colleagues.

Eletel said that she had forgotten about the event until recently when reports that Michele could not read began to spread.
