Rapper Lil Nas X gets a rare invite to a party hosted by Grammy-winning singer Beyoncé; however, the artist rejected it. Lil Nas, born Montero Lamar Hill, is gearing up to release his second studio album after the wild success of his first, “Montero.”
The “Old Time Road” singer, who is a member of the famous beehive, recently revealed how much he loves the artist’s latest album and listed his favorite songs. Lil Nas also revealed that he had to cancel a party hosted by Beyoncé because it conflicted with a concert date.

Lil Nas admits that he’s a Beyoncé fan like no other; however, she had to decline the invitation to a party hosted by the star. “Old Time Road” artists join him E! News in an interview on October 21 and revealed that the invitation, while tempting, clashed with the date of one of his concerts.
Although Lil Nas admitted to considering skipping the concert, he thought about his fans gathering and ultimately declined the invitation. “I was actually invited to come to one of his Renaissance parties, and that was really annoying,” the artist said.
“I think it was on the day of one of the shows, and I was like, ‘do I really leave my fans stranded and not come to the show to see Beyoncé or not,’ but you know I can’t,” she continued. Some time, though, for sure.”
‘Renaissance’ Makes Lil Nas X Feel ‘Liberated’

Beyoncé released her seventh studio album, “Renaissance,” earlier this year, and it has sent the Beehive, as well as the rest of the world, into a frenzy. Lil Nas, who revealed that he is a proud member of the fan club, doesn’t feel any different.
While talking about the album in his interview, the “INDUSTRY BABY” artist said that the album made him feel “liberated” and revealed two of his favorite songs. Lil Nas listed “Church Girl” and “Heated” as two of the best from the album.
The artist explained, “This whole idea of super duper pop legends, not even these music legends in general, is going in this direction that’s not really mainstream at all. I think that’s huge of him. It’s liberating.”
Lil Nas X Collaborates With Sing For Hope

Over the past few months, Lil Nas has collaborated with several major brands, one of which is M&M’s. The partnership also involved a non-profit organization called Sing for Hope. The nonprofit aims to use creative programming to provide healing, connection and hope to millions of people around the world.
“I think my favorite thing about this partnership is that I get to work with a legendary brand like M&Ms and know that it also has a cause to help spread music and inspire through connection,” Lil Nas explained.
“I think it’s really cool, and we designed this together after my tour, and the color is beautiful, and I think there’s going to be a lot of people saying the same thing, so I’m excited about it.”
The artist also recently collaborated with rapper Saucy Santana for “Down Souf Hoes,” which he says is “the band’s anthem.” Lil Nas said, “I feel like “Down Souf Hoes,” it’s like a strip club song, but I feel like it’s a message of two weird artists coming together and making a banger. I think that’s its own message.”

While Lil Nas previously refused to cancel his concert to go to Beyoncé’s party, the artist paused his Atlanta concert to answer the call of nature. In a video recorded by a concertgoer, he can be heard telling the audience that he only needs “a minute or two” to go about his business.
“I’m backstage, and this is, like, not part of the show, but I care, so please forgive me,” Lil Nas said. “I’ll be back in a minute.” After the concert, he revealed via Twitter that he was serious about doing number two at the time. “Mao, people really thought I was joking,” the artist tweeted. “I was right back there dropping the devil down the toilet.”
Lil Nas talks about his next album; however, the release date is not yet known. She previously said that it would be something for “the girls to get ready and party on.” Inside E! News interview, he claimed the work would be his “best art.”
