Yes, the final performance was a very disappointing performance. Carter. The final show for the “Welcome To Tha Carter Tour” was at the Wiltern in Los Angeles on Saturday when he had to address the crowd because of their lack of enthusiasm.
Wayne rapped out some of his hits for 30 minutes before taking a break to let some other artists from Cash Money perform. Allan Cubas, Yaj, and Lil Twist took the stage, did their thing and left.
When the superstar rapper returned to the stage, he was not happy. He immediately calls out the audience for how they react to the up-and-coming artists he allows on stage. Wayne spoke deliberately into the microphone and lashed out at the audience in a nonchalant manner.
He told Allan Cubas, “We appreciate it, but we’re not going to bend over backwards for these people. We work too hard for this shit. We work too hard.”

The rapper went on to call out the unappreciative LA audience. “This is my mother’s artist Allan, that’s Twist, that’s Yaj; we are Young Money. We appreciate you all the time.” Then, in the ultimate power move, the rapper literally dropped the mic (putting it down gently for fear of feedback, still very thoughtful) and walked off the stage.
He brought his talented crew with him and bounced! Concertgoers are stuck with the assumption that this is somehow part of the performance but they are wrong. A light goes on to indicate that the show is over.
You don’t have to go home but you do have to get out of the Wiltern! If they don’t know an announcement is made telling them to leave the building in an orderly manner. These people must have forgotten that Wayne doesn’t have to work anymore. He is good!
Shining light on new artists is important to him. Has he misdirected the fans? Drake, Nicki Minaj, Blueface, maybe he knows what he’s doing.

From the comments, it seems that the majority of concertgoers have the same consensus that the performance even with 30 minutes is bland. They rip off artists online. Yikes.
