Lisa Hochstein got a small portion of the victory in her divorce against Lenny Hochstein. Some money will come to him, eventually.
Lenny Hochstein Needs to Pay
MEGA
A judge forced the former Real Housewives of Miami husband to begin custody of his estranged wife and children. It was decided in a Miami courtroom last week that Lenny is responsible for paying his wife $8,000 a month through direct deposit.
The deal will kick off on May 1st, and unfortunately for Lenny, it’s only temporary support, meaning he’ll end up paying more (or less) in the future. She could afford it because her voicemail boasted of her as a “world-renowned plastic surgeon,” Lisa flaunted their wealth on a five-season reality show!
Lenny was also ordered to “maintain the status quo” for Lisa and the kids, meaning, sir, please continue to let your wife AND kids live the lifestyle while you love their mother. This has been a huge deal for Lisa, who has publicly claimed that she has not been able to afford food and clothing for her children since Lenny left her.
He also pointed out that everyday things like taking the children to school had become an issue due to the lack of money for fuel and a car which was unacceptable to take two children who were still using car seats.

The judge also explained to Lenny that he has to maintain medical insurance for Lisa and the kids and pay for Logan and Elle’s school tuition, camps, extracurriculars, and whatever else is needed to raise the kids.
For Lisa, Lenny is responsible for paying $60k for her attorney’s fees to go directly to her attorney. The firm representing Lisa came out a little while ago and claimed that she owed them $85,500.
Lisa has insisted to Judge Abby Cynamon that the $30,000 she gets per episode for that Real Housewives of Miami is “grossly inadequate” to maintain her lifestyle and the lifestyle of her children, who are 7 and 3, at such an expensive age.
Court documents obtained by Page Six claims, “[Lenny] has significant and large assets and earns millions of dollars a year as [a] successful plastic surgeon,” adding that “without [Lenny’s] donation, [Lisa] unable to provide for the necessities and necessities of life as had been established during the marriage.”
Lisa Hochstein’s Support Fight Takes Time

The reality star, 40, has been in and out of court trying to get TEMPORARY support from a man who was her husband of more than ten years. This was only temporary support, and according to Lisa, Lenny acted like he didn’t know what was required of him.
At that time, Lisa told that she could not afford diapers for baby Elle. Lenny claims he has a choice, though, through a court filing.
“If [Lisa] really need diapers and food for Toddlers, [Lisa] should buy the same with the Insta-Cart app tied [my] bank account,” Lenny, 56, countered in a previous court filing, adding that he had asked for an “excessive” amount of money.
At least the two made some progress, finally.
