The reality star pulls out the move her husband has used on her; made him record his own financial records after he forced him to reveal his own financial situation to her Real Housewives of Miami pay.
He now wants the Miami-based plastic surgeon to show his tax returns from 2008 and 2009. He wants Lenny to share his “monthly patient account receivable”. They also want to see “every bank statement, including deposit slips” for those particular years.
Lisa is also looking for many family holdings of financial statements; Hochstein Family, LLC; Hochstein Family Limited Partnership, LLLP; LMH Properties, LTD; and LMH Capital Investments, LLC.

It’s unclear why Lisa chose those particular years … that’s for her and her lawyer to figure out, but we’ll point out that the estranged couple tied the knot in October 2009. Maybe she’s trying to prove how much her income has increased since the beginning of their marriage .
This news comes after Lisa made a claim that she cannot afford diapers and other necessities for her two children with Lenny. He goes so far as to share that he lives on an American Express card and Lenny seems to have cut it off.
Lenny’s argument was that his almost ex-wife was taking home $30,000 per episode of the Peacock reality show and that should be enough to live on. The only problem is, the show was last filmed during the pandemic and if he doesn’t film, he doesn’t get paid.

Lenny and Lisa have been going through a bitter divorce since the news broke. Lenny, also known as “God of breasts” began a relationship with model Katharina Mazepa before he filed for divorce from Lisa.
The model is 27 years old, much younger than Lenny, 56, and this is said to have left Lisa fuming. The Canadian shared on RHOM that her husband had an affair and she had to put her foot down which brought her back to him but not for long.
Lenny spoke openly about the divorce Page Six. “I tried my best to avoid it for the sake of our children whom we love very much. We have been living separate lives for months and decided to divorce last month.”
“After the decision was made, I started seeing Katharina. This was something Lisa was aware of before it happened. Our issue has nothing to do with the shooting of the show.”

Lisa’s life is currently filming for the 5th season of the popular reality show which means her divorce will be on public display. Fans saw a teaser trailer where Lisa cries over her marriage and co-star Larsa Pippen is there to comfort her.
The tagline for the new season was dropped and Lisa’s fans believed that she was overshadowing her husband’s life. “You can try to take my castle, but you will never steal my crown.”
The new season premieres this Thursday, Dec. 8.
