Source, per TMZ, shared that she also underwent plastic surgery and lost about “40-50” pounds to achieve her desire to look beautiful for an awards show. Lisa Marie also reportedly relapsed on opioids at the same time, an addiction she had struggled with for years.

A few days after the awards show, Lisa Marie suffered a heart attack at her home in Calabasas, California. Per TMZ, the late music icon’s daughter complained about her stomach on Thursday morning, January 12.

He was later found unresponsive and rushed to the hospital. However, despite the measures taken, he did not succeed. The cause of his death has yet to be determined but will be known once the toxicology results are received.

After her death, Lisa Marie’s mother, Priscilla, released an announcement to mourn her daughter’s death.
