Lizzo has plans for the former dancer who sued her for alleged sexual assault, racial harassment and poor working conditions earlier this month.
A new report claims his lawyer has outlined the singer’s plans to retaliate against the plaintiff’s alleged hypocritical behavior. The update came after Lizzo issued a statement addressing the matter, and accusers criticized her for not admitting their feelings.
Photographic Evidence Has Thrown a Wrench in Lizzo’s Lawsuit
On Wednesday, July 23, Lizzo’s attorney, Marty Singer, revealed the image to PEOPLE depicts plaintiffs Arianna Davis, Crystal Williams, and Noelle Rodriguez reportedly having fun backstage with members of the topless cabaret show Crazy Horse on March 5, 2023, in Paris.
This came after their lawsuit claimed that the hit maker had forced them to attend a show during his tour. Referring to other clubs where they claim they were forced to attend and engage with nude performers, Singer wrote in a statement:
“These images show the three plaintiffs having fun backstage after a topless performance taken after their February 2023 visit to Bananenbar in Amsterdam that they complain about in their lawsuit.”
Legal defenders stated that the three dancers resumed their duties on the singer’s “About Damn Time” tour after the Paris event. The following month, Davis reportedly submitted an audition tape for her television show “Watch Out for the Big Grrrls,” expressing her desire to “follow in his footsteps.”

Continuing the statement, Singer claimed that after the video of Davis’ audition went public, he tried to “explain away his snarky comments about Lizzo by claiming the ‘bulk’ of his accusations were based on what happened later.”
“These irrefutable photos and videos, along with compelling additional evidence, establish a stark discrepancy between what the plaintiffs claim in their bogus lawsuit and what the facts actually prove. The claim is false. Lizzo intends to sue for malicious prosecution after she successfully has this false claim dismissed,” he added.
In the lawsuit filed by the plaintiffs, their legal representatives asserted that Lizzo had invited dancers to attend the show without disclosing that it was a nude cabaret bar.
Neama Rahmani, the attorney representing Davis, Williams, and Rodriguez, insisted that despite the release of the photos, they continue to maintain every allegation in the lawsuit and are committed to continuing the case in court.
Amid the back-and-forth between legal representatives, The Blast reports that the lawsuit has cost the “I Love You B*tch” singer a chance to co-headline Jay-Z’s “Made In America Festival.”
The event was supposed to be held the first weekend of September on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In a statement released earlier this month, the show’s organizers revealed:
“Due to severe circumstances beyond production control, the 2023 Made in America festival will no longer take place. These decisions are difficult and are not made lightly nor without deep consideration. Made in America has a legacy of delivering exceptional experiences for music fans and concertgoers, and our commitment to always deliver a top-notch festival experience.”

While refraining from giving specifics on the complete cancellation of the 2023 edition of the annual event, the organizers expressed their enthusiasm for the festival’s return in 2024. They also assured attendees that they will receive refunds for tickets purchased.
MTV Video Music Award Winner Explains Her Love Life
As her legal troubles continue to unfold, it’s important to note that Lizzo has one person standing by her side — her man, Myke Wright, despite their recent unfollowing of each other on social media.
The Blast stated that apparently, the act of the couple and the Grammy Award winner released their photos which in turn led to speculation of a breakup. It also doesn’t help that one source said:
“Lizzo has taken the last few weeks very hard, and her relationship has been affected. They had a big fight earlier this week, and he’s really upset.”
However, the celebrity’s spokesperson revealed that, contrary to the rumours, the couple is still together. In fact, last month, the 35-year-old referred to Wright as “the love of my life” and also shared a sweet photo of them with the caption, “Selfie with my favorite artist.”
The image, which captures the “Juice” artist from the chest up, shows her wearing a low-cut pink bra and a headband on her forehead, radiating contentment.
