The marketing manager took to Twitter to apologize for what he wrote as “sad teenagers” after they resurfaced following the season 4 reunion of the Netflix reality show.
‘Love Is Blind’ Star Marshall Glaze Claims He Received Death Threats Over Past Tweets
I saw a lot of my old tweets pop up from years ago. This applies to almost everyone in the public eye. It happened to my cousin and I know it will happen to me.
Let me explain:

The “Love Is Blind” season 4 contestant took to Twitter on Friday, writing, “I saw a lot of my old tweets coming up from last year. This happens to almost everyone in the public eye. It happened to my cousin and I know it will happen to me.”
As I said to someone earlier…??♂️ things change. I was a sad teenager with a lot of issues when I tweeted a lot of it. I have grown up and don’t feel or think the same way.
Anyone with anything to hide would go back and delete it but I left it for some reason.

“As I said to someone earlier… things change. I was a sad teenager with a lot of issues when I tweeted a lot of it. I’m an adult and don’t feel or think the same way,” he continued. “Anyone with anything to hide would go back and delete it but I left it for a reason.”
I also have the option to go back and delete it. I choose not to.
It is my development as an individual. As a human being. Those old tweets are just my proof that I’ve grown. I thank God for the opportunity to break down, find clarity and forgiveness, and grow into a better person.

Fans Didn’t Think Marshall Really Apologized
This makes no sense to me personally. I’m not who I was at 15 mi. I will also not leave a post that can offend or hurt others knowing that I no longer agree with “bc that’s proof that I’m an adult”. I will delete them because they don’t represent me and also because I don’t want to hurt others.

Although Marshall explained why he kept the tweet, some of his followers weren’t buying it. “This makes no sense to me personally. I’m not like I was at 15 mi. I also won’t leave a post that could offend or hurt others that I no longer agree with ‘bc it’s proof that I’m grown up’,” commented one fan. “I’m going to delete them because they don’t represent me and also because I don’t want to hurt anyone.”
My fellow black women…no apologies because he meant exactly what he said then…and now. The ONLY thing that has “grown” is his awareness of the fact that it is not acceptable to say (tweet) this out loud. Stop apologizing. As usual we will not accept anything.

“My fellow black women…no apologies because he meant exactly what he said then…and now. The ONLY thing that ‘evolved’ was his awareness of the fact that it was unacceptable to say (tweet) this out loud. Stop apologizing,” wrote another follower. “As usual we will accept nothing.”
Marshall Glaze Asks ‘At What Point Does Holding Someone Accountable Go Too Far?’
RIGHT. At what point does holding someone accountable go too far? I have a fake account that is giving me death threats.
Really? Come on people.
— Marshall Glaze (@marshalltglaze) April 21, 2023
A few hours later, Marshall returned on Twitter, writing, “TRUE. At what point does holding someone accountable go too far? I have a fake account that is giving me death threats. Really? Come on people.”
One more thing and I’m logged out for the night:
My apology to black women is how I have treated every black woman I have met in my life. With respect and love. Words mean a lot but actions mean more.

“One more thing and I’ll sign off for the night: My apology to Black women is how I have treated every Black woman I have met in my life. With respect and love. Words mean a lot but actions mean more,” he concluded his last tweet.

One tweet read, “I want a Latina girlfriend, just so she can speak Spanish when we…Yeah ? lol.”
Another tweet read, “A group of sad black girls sitting in an ad circle sharing their stories about why MEN ‘don’t s–t’,” adding, “I’ll tell you, BLACK women. Why?”
