She took to her Instagram story to break her silence and candidly discuss how she’s been navigating life following her big news.

Ruhl began by discussing how people seem to have interpreted his attitude.

“It’s funny when people are like, ‘How are you so happy?,'” she began in the video according to a report from Us Weekly, “Would you rather I broadcast my Instagram Live crying for eight hours straight because I could do that if you want [me] to! That’s my reality,” he continued.

Ruhl isn’t shy about portraying his reality with his next post.

“If you’d rather I sit here and post Sob Stories, I can easily do that,” Ruhl added. “That’s what I spend my whole day doing. But I cry all the time. I cry easily. I cry when I’m happy, I cry when I’m sad. But who wants to see that,” she asked. “Let’s go!”

The outlet also reported that Ruhl also shared a tearful photo in which she had written “I can hardly look out of my eyes from crying. I’m facing this situation like everyone else. Sending love to everyone,” he concluded.
