The 68-year-old mother attended Britney’s birthday party on Friday night, as the pop star turned 42. Also at the party was her brother, Bryan Spears.
Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse when Britney’s dog Snow had to be rushed to the vet at 2am on Saturday with issues with her leg, but luckily, the “Toxic” singer assured her fans on Saturday that “Snow is fine” and it seems she and his mother is better than before.

On Monday, Lynne Spears returned to Louisiana from Los Angeles, where she had just spent the weekend reconnecting with her daughter. It has been rumored that Britney has been very lonely since her husband, actor Sam Asghari, filed for divorce in August, prompting her to reach out to estranged family for support.
A photographer caught up with Lynne at the airport and told her she was “glowing” in a video shared by TMZ on Monday morning. When asked what it was like to reconnect with her estranged daughter after so many years, Lynne replied, “Great.”
The photographer called her “patient” and “generous” before asking how Britney felt about having her estranged mother back in her life after so many years. “He’s happy,” replied Lynne as she navigated the busy airport. He then takes a phone call as the photographer gives him instructions, telling him that a “pre-check” is a “good thing” before Lynne takes off to catch her flight.

In late August, sources revealed that Lynne Spears is standing by her daughter amid her divorce from the “Special Ops: Lioness” actor. On Wednesday, August 16, 2023, the 29-year-old actress filed for divorce from the 42-year-old pop star citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. An insider told the Daily Mail that Lynne was “furious” with the actor for “abandoning” her daughter and “begged” Britney to leave her Thousand Oaks estate in Los Angeles and live with him in Louisiana to “heal and regroup.”

In two since-deleted Instagram posts, the “Girl In The Mirror” singer hinted that she’s looking to write a second memoir to explain why their marriage broke down. Sam filed for divorce after Britney reportedly signed off on the final copy of his manuscript, so nothing about the split was included in “The Woman In Me,” out Oct. 24.
“Britney doesn’t want to go after Sam,” a source told Us Weekly. “He just wants to [to talk about] why did the relationship break up.” In her first memoir, Britney called the actor “a gift from God” and talked about how the chemistry between them was “insane” when they first met. “We couldn’t keep our hands off each other,” he added.

The day after his book was released, Sam was asked how he felt about his memoir. “I’m so proud of him, and I hope he takes over the world,” she said, per Page Six. When asked about the part where he called it a “gift from God,” Sam added, “That makes me smile, to be honest.”
