In a recent social media post, Mama June shared that the family is arranging a visitation for the 29-year-old at Williams White-Columns Funeral Home in Gordon, Georgia, scheduled for Wednesday. “I know I look like a mess, but my mind is very emotional and mental — right now,” she begins the video.
He notes the marked changes in the house following Cardwell’s death, stating, “It’s quiet here, the machines don’t work. He wasn’t sitting here watching a cooking show and it was very quiet. The chair that he was sitting in, you know, nobody’s sitting in it now because it had a blanket and a pillow that he used, and that’s where he died.”
The “Mama June: Family in Crisis” star admitted she didn’t know “how to describe the pain” of her daughter’s death but emphasized Cardwell’s desire for fans to be a part of the grieving process.
“Anna wouldn’t have it any other way, any other way, but for me to tell you,” he continued. “So, the fans, can say goodbye to him, we decided as a family because he wanted us to go live on TikTok, on social media, but we didn’t.”
