Mama June may be on the road to recovery, but her ex-boyfriend has fallen off the wagon.
Geno Doak admitted that after completing nine months in rehab for drugs and alcohol, he relapsed into alcoholism.
He explains that having alcoholic beverages is more innocent than using drugs.

Mama June’s ex-boyfriend says he left rehab in good shape with a certificate of completion, but regretted relapsing with alcohol last week.
Geno told the publication that he has not had a drink since last week’s relapse and has no plans to consume alcohol.
Geno Has No Plans To Return To Rehab
While this brief misstep is troubling, Geno says he is NOT going back to rehab.
Instead, he would continue to attend Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meetings and apply what he learned.
A recovering drug addict tried to end his life last year by swallowing 90 blood pressure pills along with a liter of Jägermeister.
He informed Mama June of his overdose and she referred him to a South Carolina rehab facility.

Mama June has moved on from Geno with a younger man and handed custody of Honey Boo Boo (Alana Thompson) to her eldest daughter, Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon.
The legal document was filed on April 11 and obtained by Page Six and US Sun.
According to the document, Mama June is allowed to contact Alana by phone every day but visitation rights will be determined by Labu.
He also has to pay $800.00/month in child support to Labu.

The custody agreement will end once Honey Boo Boo turns 18 on August 28, 2023.
At one point, Mama June said she had a few dollars to her name when she entered rehab in 2020.
Now, the reality TV star reportedly earns $25,000/month due to her show, “Mama June: Road To Redemption” and endorsements.
The custody news comes just days after Mama June married her new boyfriend, Justin Stroud.
We recently reported on the couple’s wedding that took place two months ago in a Georgia courthouse.
Their relationship became legally tied on March 23, 2022. That same month, the couple sparked engagement rumors after photos of them shopping for rings in Alabama went viral.
On Wednesday, June 1, MJ and Stroud uploaded the video to TikTok.
“Anyway guys, I know you’ve seen some things on social media and you’ve been running our chats and texting us asking, ‘Are we married?’ Well, we’re here today to clear up the rumors,” June said, holding her left hand. “Well, MamaJune is officially and Smalls is officially OFF THE MARKET.”

Stroud then placed a wet one on her cheek as she wrapped her arms around him.
