Celebrity chef and media mogul Martha Stewart is living her best life and has no plans to stop anytime soon.
Stewart recently revealed some of the ways she maintains her youthfulness, including regular exercise, healthy eating, and spending quality time with loved ones.
The media mogul also expressed his thoughts on the idea of retirement, adding that the idea of not working is strange to him.

While discussing his regimen with Yahoo Life, Stewart revealed that she and her friends have a special pact that helps her maintain a healthy and youthful lifestyle. The celebrity chef revealed that he has a pact with his friends that prevents them from “acting like an old lady.”
Stewart said, “we have a deal where if we start acting like an old lady and don’t care about how our house looks, or smells or anything, we get killed.”
He went on to share that he will not give up his lifestyle and start “living badly” as he gets older. Stewart revealed that she maintains her youthfulness by hitting the gym regularly, eating healthy, and spending time with loved ones.
“When you have lived well, you should always live well,” he said.
Martha Stewart Loves Hanging Out With Friends

Between running a business and hosting The Martha Stewart Podcast, Stewart also explained that he spends time on other activities, especially if it involves hanging out with his friends. follow YahooStewart is set to visit the Oreoverse (the first metaverse experience launched by a cookie brand) with her friend Ryan McCallister.
“Going over with friends is good,” says Stewart, “and having dinner parties and nice dinners every night if you can be with friends, depending on how busy your family life is.”
The celebrity chef also noted that he has developed an interest in social media, as it is everywhere you go these days. “Social media is very important,” he explained. “You need to know what’s happening, what’s working well, what’s working, what’s not working, and how to get people to pay more attention to what you’re doing and what you’re trying to promote.”
He Enjoys Spending Time With His Grandchildren
Stewart, 81, emphasizes how spending time with her grandchildren, Truman, 10, and Jude, 11, helps her keep fit. “It’s important to keep up with the grandkids and know who they are and what they’re doing without being too intrusive,” says Stewart.
He recounted how his recent trip to Madagascar with his grandchildren was fun, pointing out that they learned how to scuba dive, hike through the jungle, visit primitive villages and learn about seaweed farming.
Stewart took to Instagram to share beautiful nature photos from the trip, making her fans aware of the wide variety of wildlife, incredible rock formations and beautiful flora on display in the protected forest.
In one of the photos, she can be seen walking through a path in the forest with her grandson. In the second photo, Stewart captures the beautiful trees and rocks found in the jungles of Madagascar in a natural setting.
Martha Stewart Maintains a Healthy Lifestyle

the author Martha’s Manual: How to Do (Almost) Everything insists that a healthy lifestyle is non-negotiable while stating that her favorite form of exercise is Pilates. Stewart also revealed to Yahoo Life that he likes to ride horses and usually goes to the gym to exercise.
“It’s about being aware of what’s around you and living a good healthy life,” he said. “And, go to Pilates at 6:30 in the morning, which I did this morning. I try to go to Pilates as many times a week as I can.”
He continued to hammer home the importance of a healthy lifestyle, adding that “a healthy diet is very important.” He also mentioned working in a healthy body, saying he never thought about retiring and that the idea of not working was “kind of foreign to me.”
