The footage shows the mother of three in a casual look at home, with her hair down.

Speaking further about the guest, King emphasized that Switten has been “a great source of comfort and knowledge for him as he navigates his healing journey.

Before the revelation of her healing process, King had an emotional breakdown where she broke down in tears after a divorce. The Blast detailed that she shared a video that showed her in a make-up-free state while crying her eyes out.

“No one really talks about coercive control and the aftermath of divorce,” King said, wiping away tears. “People say, ‘It will get better in time. It will get better with time.’ It’s been three years.” She continued, “When? What time do I have to wait? The lawyer told me that. My parents’ coordinator, everybody told me. It’s not better. It’s worse.”

After this emotional outburst, the former reality star tried to vent her emotions, so she emptied her closet. Detailing the process, King said, “So if I’m down, which I am, I’m having a hard day, I tell myself, ‘Meg, you’ve got to pull it together. So what are you going to do?’ So I did something symbolic, which was cleaning.”

The blonde mother was dressed in a black and white checkered shirt and accessorized with a pair of sunglasses. The happy moment was captured as King lifted Aspen into the air and gazed at her with overwhelming admiration and affection.

Accompanying the photo was a long caption, in which he poured out his feelings. He wrote, “Sometimes looking back at photos like this, I think about the ignorant happiness I felt. In this moment, I had no idea things would turn out the way they do today.”

She continued, “I envy other people with nuclear families, and I mourn the ones I’ve lost. I’m the happiest and smartest and most powerful I’ve ever been, but at a very high price.”

Although she longs for those happier days, the 38-year-old stated that she is grateful to have experienced a nuclear family and advised her fans, adding, “What you define as happiness does not determine someone else’s happiness.
