Meghan Markle Could Earn At Least $1 Million Per Post On Her Anticipated Return To Instagram

The Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, is reportedly set to make an Instagram comeback.

The former actress has left the platform for three years after deactivating her shared account with her husband, Prince Harry, in 2020.

Ahead of her return, social media pundits have speculated that Meghan will quickly gain a following “because she’s a celebrity, an actress and a royal.” They also claimed that he would charge a high fee to resign from a paid position.

A few weeks ago, she was spotted out in California wearing a pressure patch, not her husband.

According to Daily MailMeghan fans should expect to see her back on Instagram soon.

The new account with the title “@meghan” is said to belong to the duchess after her previous account with her husband, Prince Harry, “@sussexroyal,” was deactivated in 2020.

If there was any doubt as to whether the new account was hers, a source close to the former actress confirmed it earlier this week.

“Yes, that’s him. Stay tuned for an announcement soon. He will be back,” the source said of the account, which has gained 76k followers.

According to sources, Meghan’s proposed return is not surprising, as she “has never made a secret of the fact that she wants to return to Instagram.”

Last year, he hinted at a comeback during an interview with Deductionssaid at the time to writer Allison P. Davis that she planned to “return to Instagram.”

Ahead of Meghan’s return, some pundits have predicted that she will make a huge splash in the social media waters.

“I expect her to quickly become one of the most followed accounts on Instagram,” said social media expert Eric Schiffer, who has worked with several cast members from “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

He added, per Daily Mail, “You have celebrities like the Kardashians who can command $1 million (£790,000) and up for a single post promoting a product. There’s no reason Meghan can’t earn that kind of payment.”

His sentiments were also echoed by Marketing expert Kent Moore, who once counted Sir Patrick Stewart from Star Trek among his clients.

He said, “I think he will immediately become the top ten highest paid influential people in the world. His status is unique because he is a celebrity, an actor and a royal.”

He added, “Meghan could charge a million dollars per post as an absolute minimum. That number will increase rapidly if the partnership achieves global coverage and traction.”

Meghan’s proposed return to Instagram comes just weeks after she was spotted in California wearing an anti-stress patch on her left wrist, according to Express.

The disc-shaped circular bracelet was reportedly created by a company called NuCalm and is often described as a “remote control for your brain.” It is designed to assist in achieving optimal sleep, reduce stress and promote relaxation.

Meghan’s exact reason for wearing the patch remains unclear. However, there are speculations that it may be related to the recent challenges and obstacles he has faced, which may have caused higher stress.

The duo recently had to deal with losing their Spotify deal, which is the platform on which their “Archetypes” podcast is produced.

They also face other problems, among which are rumors that their financial problems have caused tension between them.

“They are trying to find out what hit them. Harry doesn’t fit into Meghan’s tacky world of Tinseltown,” said a source who claims the two are taking some time off.

Shortly after the rumors began to spread, an insider close to the couple shared that it was all just a made-up story created by their detractors.

“It’s not true. It’s completely made up,” the insider said, per Page Six. Meanwhile, neither Harry nor Markle have spoken about the current state of their relationship or addressed any rumors suggesting they might be in trouble.
