91-year-old Lady Glenconner, who was friends with Queen Elizabeth in the past, believes that Meghan Markle is not ready for royal life.

He also claimed that Markle thinks being part of the Royal Family is “posh and glamorous”, when, in fact, it’s quite boring.

Lady Glenconner was one of Queen Elizabeth’s maids of honor at her coronation in 1953, so the two were very close. Now, the 91-year-old claims the Duchess of Sussex is not ready to be part of the Royal Family and that she “feels sorry” for Prince Harry.

Meghan Markle thought she would “ride in a golden coach” and be treated like a movie star, according to Lady Glenconner, speaking on the “Rosebud with Gyles Brandreth” podcast. He went on to say, “I think the thing about Meghan is, she doesn’t know what’s expected of her really.”

“I think he just thinks it’s like being another actor, you know,” she added.

Glenconner, who also acts as lady-in-waiting to Queen Elizabeth’s younger sister Princess Margaret, admitted that being part of the Royal Family can actually be boring as most days are spent “meeting hundreds of thousands of people you’ll never meet again” all while pretending to be happy .

The spokesman added, “His Majesty is appalled and condemns the barbaric act of violence in Israel.”
