According to a Page Six reports, the family of Raquel Leviss is seeking protection from the FBI after receiving numerous death threat messages. A rep for Leviss confirmed to the publication that the death threats were “vicious and graphic” and came constantly online and via phone calls.
They revealed that one caller threatened to tear Leviss “limb from limb”, while another claimed he would “Decompose and dispose of the body.” An FBI representative spoke with him TMZ and said the bureau could not confirm or deny any ongoing investigation.
Their statement read, “Obviously, we review all allegations reported to us and encourage anyone who believes their life is in danger to call 911.” The threat comes amid online criticism of Leviss and his co-star Tom Sandoval for their affair, which led to the end of his relationship with longtime girlfriend Ariana Madix.
In April, Madix discovered a recording of a sexually explicit FaceTime call between Sandoval and Leviss on his phone. The discovery made their affair public, and Madix promptly ended her nine-year romance with Sandoval.

After the online backlash began, Leviss checked himself into a mental health facility. The former beauty queen also left social media after issuing an apology statement. However, he later claimed his Instagram account was hacked.
Leviss representatives now take control of her Instagram and use it to highlight various mental health causes. They said that the reality star “requested that all broadcasts focus on raising awareness for mental health organizations, advocates and removing stigma around treatment.”

Sandoval seems to be in a better place than Leviss, as he tours with his band, Tom Sandoval & Most Extras. He was also recently spotted flying out of Los Angeles ahead of Wednesday’s airing of the reunion episode for “Vanderpump Rules.”
The episode featured her co-star, Scheana Shay, sharing that Sandoval lied to Leviss about being in an “open relationship” with Madix. The businessman immediately denied the claims and said they were “bulls**t.” He added, “I didn’t say that.”
Shay first disclosed Sandoval’s alleged cheating to Madix after the affair became public in March. Madix was shocked by the news and repeatedly insisted that they had never been in an open relationship. Sandoval has previously described the accusations against him as “the most ridiculous king of shit.”

According to recently Page Six reports, Sandoval and Leviss have stopped seeing each other. However, Madix was recently a guest on “Watch What Happens Live” and told host Andy Cohen that she doesn’t believe they’re over each other.
He said, “I don’t buy that at all. He sent a letter to my house about four days ago. I just brought the mail, looked at it, put it on the table, and walked away.” Madix explained that he recognized Leviss’s handwriting on the letter, so he knew it was from him.
Meanwhile, the actress has already moved in with a new man who is a fitness teacher named Daniel Wai. During her conversation with Cohen, Madix spoke briefly about their romance and said Wai made her feel “happy and fulfilled.”
The pair were all over each other during the recently concluded Coachella music festival and even shared a photo of themselves kissing.
