Carter and Martin had a very rocky relationship for three years, but got engaged and welcomed a son, Prince Carter, in November 2021.
Carter’s son recently celebrated his first birthday, which the singer passed away.

Martin regained custody of Prince after a trial in Los Angeles. He was previously in his mother’s care due to drug abuse and domestic violence concerns.
Martin was in New York at the time of the hearing, but he jumped on a flight to California to get his son after the verdict.
The OnlyFans model expressed her excitement about the news to TMZ.
“I respect Aaron today and I know he would be very proud of me,” Martin admitted. “I’m so emotional thinking we might be a family, but Aaron will be so happy to know I got him back.”
Surprisingly enough, Carter’s mother, who is not a fan of Martin, said she was happy with the court’s decision to give custody of Prince back to Martin.

Carter’s mother will NOT invite Martin to a scattering of ashes and a celebration of his life ceremony in Florida.
The content creator said he didn’t want any animosity with his ex-fiancé’s family.
In an interview with Us Weekly, the widow said she didn’t want any “bad blood” with her family, especially for Prince’s sake.
He really hoped the Prince would be taken care of.
Martin Doesn’t Want To Fight With Aaron’s Family
“I don’t want any problems or pressure on Aaron’s estate,” he explained. “I just want the Prince to be taken care of and I want Aaron’s legacy to continue.”
Martin continued, “I don’t want any bad blood with Aaron’s family. Anyone who wants to be in Prince’s life can be in Prince’s life.”
His interview comes after it was revealed that he will NOT be invited to the scattering of Carter’s ashes next year.

Carter’s mother, Jane Carter, said her son’s ashes are still in Angel’s possession, and her ex-fiancé will not be involved in the family ceremony next year.

The singer’s ashes will be brought back to her home state of Florida and spread into the ocean along with the ashes of her sister, Leslie Carter.
Jane said the ceremony will take place in the Florida Keys in the spring. Some of Carter and Leslie’s ashes will be kept for later burial with Jane’s ashes.
A source told We Weekly that Martin will not receive any of Aaron’s remains, but content creator OnlyFans plans to have his own service.
“Since they didn’t invite her to the memorial to spread his ashes, she will have her own memorial for Aaron with her family, their son Prince and some of Aaron’s true friends,” an insider told the outlet.
The source stated that Martin is “trying to remain neutral on the family’s decision and let the lawyers handle his estate.”
