The victim claimed she was smeared with “fake blood from head to toe” as part of her make-up and was asked by the director to lie in the ground and play dead without a stunt pad. For that scene, Goth was supposed to run past him on the ground, step on him, see him, and keep running.

However, that didn’t happen, as the “Infinity Pool” cast almost stepped on her around the fourth take, so she proceeded to alert the Assistant Director, who alerted Goth to the accident. Unfortunately, that was the beginning of the problem.

“In the following take, Defendant Goth intentionally kicked the plaintiff in the head with his boot,” he alleged. “A kick to the head caused [him] to immediately experience a headache and stiffness in the neck.”

He claims he reported the injury but was not offered medical attention, with the director ordering filming to continue.

The man claimed he experienced “loss of memory, disorientation and disorientation” a few days after, prompting him to seek emergency treatment, where he was diagnosed with a “concussion.”

“As a result of being kicked in the head by a Goth, [he] suffer and continue to experience symptoms of head trauma, including confusion, vertigo, migraines, nightmares, and severe emotional distress.

The actor described Goth’s actions as “outrageous and calculated” claiming he acted with “maliciousness and oppression.” He is seeking general damages of $500,000 for battery and wrongful termination as well as special damages and punitive damages.

Goth has yet to answer all the allegations leveled against him.

The British actress became a mother a year before the incident, welcoming a child with actor Shia LaBeouf. The couple were spotted in April 2022 with a baby carriage, confirming the arrival of their little bundle of joy.

Details such as the child’s gender or name are still unknown, but Goth’s pregnancy was confirmed after the 30-year-old was spotted showing off her baby bump while running errands in Pasadena.
