Michael B. Jordan Escapes Being Charged In Ferrari Crash Due To Lack Of Evidence

After weeks of investigation into the Ferrari crash involving Hollywood actor Michael B. Jordan, law enforcement announced that he would not face charges due to a lack of substantive evidence to proceed with the case.

The actor is being investigated for a crash in December after video showed his $420,000 Ferrari 812 Superfast speeding through the streets of Hollywood and crashing into a parked Kia.

The incident occurred last month when the Ferrari driven by the “Creed III” star was involved in a high-speed collision with another vehicle in Los Angeles. According to reports, the LAPD later launched an investigation into the incident after video evidence that captured the moments leading up to the accident surfaced.

However, according to law enforcement, the case has now been closed because investigators were unable to gather enough evidence to support Jordan’s charges in connection with the crash. They could not prove whether he was driving the car when it crashed.

At the time of the incident, Jordan did not undergo a field sobriety test to determine if he was driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and allegedly did not explain what happened to authorities when he was questioned.

Video footage captured the 36-year-old entertainer’s blue Ferrari in what appeared to be a race with another red one on the streets of Hollywood before apparently losing control and crashing into a parked KIA Niro SUV, which costs less than a tenth of Jordan’s car. .

Although no one was injured, both cars sustained significant damage as the actor’s passenger side front panel was ripped off, while the driver’s side of the Kia was also badly damaged.

According to Daily Maila source confirmed that “it was a real accident,” as opposed to the speculation that had arisen because of the video.

“Michael is angry because he damaged his car, but that can be fixed. He was, and is, embarrassed about it all because he accidentally stepped on the gas and didn’t brake in time,” the insider said. “’One thing led to another, and the parked car was in place, and all the pieces of the puzzle just landed in an unfortunate way. He’s glad no one was hurt.”

In addition to the car crash incident, Jordan is reportedly working with “Black Panther” director Ryan Coogler on another feature film project, per Hollywood Reporter.

Details about the film are being kept under wraps, but Coogler is said to be writing the script and will direct the film.

The project has been described as a “genre” film and has allegedly attracted the attention of top Hollywood executives who visited Coogler’s representatives to see the script and learn about it.

Interested parties will reportedly meet with Coogler next week to hear his vision for the film.

The announcement was made by Winkler last November when he stated that Jordan would direct and star in the film.

“We have a very good story [and] very good plot. We’ve had a little bit of a delay because of the strike, but about a year from now, we’ll be going into pre-production,” Winkler said.

The feud between Stallone and Winkler has been linked to the rights to “Rocky.” Stallone, who played the legendary Rocky Balboa in the original “Rocky” film and has served as a mentor to Jordan’s character in the “Creed” series, is looking to Winkler to give him an ownership stake in the character, especially since he is the creator.

In a 2022 Instagram post, Stallone made his booking known by writing, “After IRWIN WINKLER AND FAMILY SMELL STONE DRY! Supposed to be the most hated, untalented, dilapidated producer, The Producer in Hollywood and his cowardly sons have found their next meal… Drago, GIVE BACK MY RIGHTS BLOOD GRINDER!”

Jordan has not commented publicly on the ongoing feud between the two sides.
