The “Stranger Things” star, while promoting her book “Nineteen Steps,” shared her stress-free approach to wedding preparations, saying, “It’s not stressful at all for me.”
“Jake is very involved. He was very helpful during the whole process. I never felt alone in it, which I thought was good,” she added, “I was like, ‘Is this a good idea?’ But in the end, it was a very intimate day for both of us, and we’re excited.’

During the chat, host Kotb asked if the legendary Jon Bon Jovi, 61, would perform at their wedding. Brown playfully declined, comparing it to a full game. “I feel like asking me to do a full game for everybody,” he quipped.
He mentioned Bon Jovi’s busy schedule with tennis lessons and singing, adding, “I think the guy needs a break, he doesn’t stop. He is always doing tennis or singing lessons.”
Bush Hager chimed in, suggesting, “He could be the father of the groom!” to which Brown agreed, saying, “That would be wild… I don’t know if he’s going to be able to do that.”
The “Enola Holmes” actress previously talked about her excitement for the wedding in an interview with Women’s Daily Wear. He emphasized his desire for a simple celebration, cherishing the intimacy of life’s precious moments and keeping them close to his heart.
“To get everyone’s opinion and eyes to see it, I don’t think it’s appropriate,” he explained. “So I think it’s important to keep those things — those little precious moments in life — really close to your chest.”
