A 24-year-old teacher’s aide went missing last week after dropping off a friend — and police fear possible foul play in her disappearance after loved ones reported receiving suspicious text messages taunting them that they would “never see her again. “
Jennifer Mendez Olascoaga was last seen on surveillance cameras dropping off her friend at the Creekside Mobile Home Park in Seagoville around 8pm on September 27th.
The unexplained disappearance of a Dallas Independent School District teacher’s aide is not normal, her family said.
“When we found out that he never came home that Wednesday night, it was an indication, like, hey, something was going on,” his cousin, Litzy Mendez, told Fox 4 News.
“He always came home, he was very punctual at work, he didn’t show up the next day, we said this is not okay, something is going on.”

His brother-in-law Marco Barroso said there was nothing unusual about the car, except that Olascoaga’s wallet was found inside.
However, things take a sinister turn when Olascoaga’s family and friends begin receiving foreboding text messages.
“We got some random text messages, a friend of his got it, ‘hey are you missing someone,’ ‘you’re never going to find him and you’re never going to see him again,'” Barroso said.
