Embracing a laid-back lifestyle seems to be doing wonders for Graziano, as he shows off a glowing face in his latest Instagram update. She reposted a TikTok video of herself outdoors, lip-syncing to “Like What,” a popular freestyle song from hip-hop sensation Cardi B.
The 55-year-old put on a sly look in a gray sweater and matching baseball cap over her shoulder-length raven hair. He recited the lyrics saying:
“First, b— hate me, then b— hate me. And somehow, they connect, and they become friends, like, how? B— pipe down.”

“Let me give you something to talk about!!! 120 days sober b—–es!!! 4 months baby!!! Blessed and Much Loved!!” Graziano captioned the video with several hashtags, including “#godisgood, #happy, #smile, and #soberandsexy.”
He also gave Cardi B a special shout-out, saying his love for the rapper has grown thanks to the famous line he lip-synced in the video. Her post received a positive response from fans, who celebrated her achievement of sobriety.
“Congratulations, mom! The greatest pleasure. Longevity. Amen,” one fan wrote. Another supporter said: “Congratulations Renee, you are amazing, so proud of you, stay blessed baby. From one grateful and recovering addict to another, sending all my love & support.”
As noted, Graziano’s 120 days of sobriety come months after a near-fatal overdose in 2023. He recalled the impact of the terrifying incident on Bunnie XO’s “Dumb Blonde” podcast, with the full interview airing Wednesday.
In the show’s YouTube teaser, the 55-year-old opened up about how he ended up in hospital after taking a bad batch of drugs. He explained that he had no idea the substance he overdosed on had been laced with fentanyl and ended up losing his memory for three days.
Graziano revealed he was bedridden for nine days, a period during which he claimed no family members came to visit or check on him. The negative effects of the near-fatal overdose didn’t end there, as he said he had to learn how to walk again.
Fortunately, the horrific incident helped the reality TV star realize he needed to overcome his addiction, and he began his journey to sobriety by entering a rehab facility in November 2023.

When Graziano bravely decided to change his life, his manager, Chris Giovanni, shared the good news with a source. He revealed the entertainer nearly died in mid-September of what he described as a “bad batch” of drugs.
At the time, Giovanni did not share what ingredients his customer had eaten but said he got the product from a dealer. He had only limited information about the incident, as Graziano briefly recalled the details when he called from the rehabilitation facility.
According to the talent manager, the “Celebrity Big Brother” alumnus was given ten minutes for his call while accompanied by a counselor. Giovanni notes that the little details he gets from Graziano match his struggle to communicate with him.
She claims the couple’s relationship was sporadic and brief from September to November 2023. During this period, her employer relapsed because she was unable to cope with the loss of her father, Anthony Graziano, a former Bonanno crime family consigliere.
Although patriarch Graziano passed away in May 2019, his death remains a huge burden on his daughter’s shoulders. Additionally, the reality TV star’s struggles escalated in January 2022 when she crashed her car into a parked SUV on Staten Island.
The 55-year-old was arrested for causing the incident, and he tried to overcome his addiction to sleeping pills by getting help from “The Hills” star Jason Wahler and his Red Songbird Foundation. Unfortunately, the treatment didn’t last long, as he relapsed and entered another rehab facility in 2023.
