Fernandez Rundle claimed the clip showed “the defendant aggressively attacking Christian,” adding, “I think [the video] is a descriptive way of showing what the relationship was and who the intruder was.” Fernandez explained that on April 3, Courtney stabbed Obumseli with a six-inch blade that penetrated three inches into his chest and punctured his subclavian artery, killing him.
