Accused of sexually harassing a minor
On 27 November 2022, Mohan Kapur made headlines when a young girl named Shania accused him of sexually harassing her by sending objectionable pictures and demanding the same from her in return. The girl, who was 14 at the time, shared her traumatic experience on Twitter after 2 years of keeping it to herself. In her Twitter thread, she exposed Mohan and talked about how he started flirting with her and sending unsolicited pictures of her privates.
