In a candid interview, Nanny Faye revealed that she is currently in a “real dark place” because of the ongoing challenges her family faces.

“I always say that God is in control of everything. Everything is done for a reason,” said Nanny Faye.
He added, “I’m in a dark place. But I know that there will be light at the end of the tunnel. And we’ll come out bigger and better because what they’re accusing is wrong.”

The 79-year-old parent made it clear that she wholeheartedly believed in her son’s integrity and compared Daniel’s situation in the bible when he was divinely rescued after being thrown into a lion’s den.
“That’s what will happen to them. And I believe in my heart,” said Nanny Faye.
Todd was sentenced to 12 years in a Florida prison, while Julie will serve 7 years in a Kentucky prison. The pair have maintained their innocence and will reportedly appeal their convictions.

Savannah gave insight into her mother’s emotional state during the May episode of her “Unlocked With Savannah Chrisley” podcast, explaining the struggles Julie is facing.
“It’s definitely harder for her, I think, than my dad,” the 25-year-old reality star shared, adding elsewhere that her mom was “scared.”
“He’s just busy. She tried to do anything and everything, take classes — everything that men knew she could do, she did,” Savannah said, referencing Julie’s lifestyle in prison.
He added, “You know my mom. Like, she walks in the room, if something needs to be done, she starts doing it. And, so, she tries to stay busy.”
