A sexual harassment lawsuit brought by a former security guard against Kris Jenner has been settled after three long years.
According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, the bodyguard filed to dismiss the entire case. We broke the news in September 2020 that the bodyguard accused Jenner of making “unwanted sexual advances” while he was working for her and her daughter, Kourtney Kardashian.
Kris Jenner’s Sexual Harassment Claim Dismissed
In the filing, the former bodyguard filed a motion to dismiss, asking the court to dismiss “the entirety of all parties’ actions” with prejudice. This means that the case is permanently dismissed and cannot be brought to court for a future trial for any reason.

Details of the talks are still unknown. However, there is no evidence that money was exchanged between Jenner and the former security guard, whose name has been withheld. The Blast made news during the COVID-19 pandemic when a former African-American bodyguard sued Jenner and her eldest daughter for sexual harassment, a hostile work environment, racial discrimination and gender discrimination.
The bodyguard claims she began working for the Kardashian-Jenner family in May 2017 and claims Jenner “began a pattern of behavior involving non-consensual physical contact with the Plaintiff that was inappropriate and sexual in nature.”
The alleged victim, who works for a private security company in Calabasas, claims Jenner and his security company in a “joint venture” acted as his direct superiors. As a result, she was often in close contact with famous parents who repeatedly subjected her to “a persistent and shocking pattern of sexual harassment and gender discrimination.”
The former security guard accused the mother of six of “frequently subjecting her body to intimate physical contact,” causing him to even grope her on several occasions.
Some of the unwanted physical contact she encountered with Jenner included “Massaging her neck, shoulders, arms and back without consent, causing her hands to be placed on her thighs and groin, causing her pelvis to rub against her back and/or rear without consent or approval, causing his hand touched (her) backside without consent or approval.”
She also claims Jenner went so far as to “expose parts of her body to the Plaintiff in an obscene or indecent manner” while making comments of an “overtly sexual nature, comments directed at the Plaintiff’s physical appearance, comments questioning the Plaintiff’s sexual activity, comments suggesting that the Plaintiff involved in romantic and sexual relationships.”

Ex-Bodyguard Feels Kris Jenner Hit Back on Her Complaints
The former bodyguard claims in her filing that she “clearly informed” Jenner that her sexual antics were unwanted. She also reported the incident to her security company’s HR department, but nothing was done to stop the famous parent.
Ultimately, she was fired in September 2018 but not before she suffered retaliation or “complaints about unwanted sexual advances and other harassment.” He claims Jenner and the company tried to attack his character by imposing false disciplinary actions for things like “tardiness” and “bad attitude.”
Furthermore, she was “suspended” from her work shift with Kris Jenner but was still allowed to work the security detail with Kourtney. After she was terminated, the bodyguard claims she immediately filed a claim with the Department of Fair Employment and Housing over the incident.
However, that only made matters worse when Jenner and her team engaged “in harassment, intimidation and otherwise threatening misconduct in an effort to prevent or prevent (her) from bringing any form of action.” In addition to sexual harassment, the African American victim claimed she was “frequently subjected to discrimination based on (her) race.”

Following the accusations, the Kardashians’ lawyers issued a statement denying all the allegations.
“Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian vehemently deny the ridiculous claims as false and bogus fiction without an iota of truth to them. Kris categorically denied ever behaving inappropriately towards McWilliams. The security guard worked outside the house and he never went inside Kris’s house. Plus, Kris had very little interaction with him,” she said.
