One account claimed Duda had put staff in “uncomfortable positions” related to race. Duda reportedly asked staff questions about minority viewers who were supposedly disengaged with the show.

The person who eventually informed HR about the situation was reportedly shut out of the meeting. The former staff claimed they were “bullied” out of the meeting and eventually left the show after feeling as though they had suffered a “perceived backlash.” (via Rolling Stone, per The AV Club)

Another claimed that Duda had acted angrily towards a member of staff assigned to work with him, allegedly “screaming and cursing” at them.
