Total snow so far

The highest amount of snow so far has been reported at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) in New Jersey. The airport has received 2.1 inches of snow.

Additional snow amounts will vary across the region as the system moves out of the area late Tuesday.

New York City, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania will not receive any additional snow as most of the precipitation has turned to rain.

Farther north, inland parts of the Northeast and New England could pick up about an additional inch of new snow.

Areas where higher snow totals are likely are in New England and upstate New York.

The highest elevations of Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine could all see an additional 5-8 inches of new snow, with some higher local amounts.
