On July 21, the father of twelve went out of his way to show his love for Dj, who is also the mother of his three children — Zion, Zillion and Beautiful Zeppelin. A video on the official Instagram page of “The Daily Cannon” captures how the wonderful surprise happened.

The taping opened with just Cannon and co-host Mason Moussette in the studio. Not to be missed in the video is how the studio is a sea of red roses; every corner and space is decorated with beautiful flowers.
Not long after, Dj walked into the studio, casually dressed in a white crop top and sweatpants, and met the beautiful sight. His reaction upon seeing the heartwarming surprise was epic! De la Rosa stopped in the doorway, with her jaw dropped, and shouted before saying, “What’s wrong? You’re kidding now.”
The comedian, pleased with the surprise, said, “A Happy De La Rosa,” while his baby mama came up to him and kissed him sweetly. The clip then switches to show the stunning mum tearfully detailing her feelings. “I’m very emotional right now,” De La Rosa admitted. “Going into the roses is crazy. I’m so grateful.”
Of course, the mother of three, who was overwhelmed with love from her baby daddy, shared the surprise on her Instagram. Her upload revealed her reaction to the shock and a close-up of several bouquets of roses. De la Rosa captioned it, “The “Just Because” hits differently. Thank you @nickcannon today was magical ??”
The “Drumline” actor seems to have dropped hints that De La Rosa is special to him. In April, during an appearance on Howard Stern’s eponymous radio show, Cannon gushed about De La Rosa’s qualities. He went on to highlight why he chose her among his other baby mamas to feature on his radio show.
The San Diego native first recalled how he met the 33-year-old model. He said, “The wonderful thing about Abby is that I met her in the radio room. He works at iHeart here in LA, and he’s just–I’ve never seen a real radio personality and DJ, and he has his show, and I’m like, ‘wow, he’s so shit.’”
Without further ado, the rapper confessed that he fell in love with the businessman’s energy and wanted him on “The Daily Cannon.” He said, “When I started my new show, I was like, the only DJ I want is one of the mothers of my kids.”
Stern then asked the “Wild ‘n Out” host if he was in love with the mother of his three children, leaving the “Gigolo” rapper to reveal his feelings. Cannon responded, “Of course, I would say I fell in love with the energy; that’s what i fell in love with. Like, I love the energy.”

Last month, Cannon and De La Rosa celebrated their twins’ birthdays. The 42-year-old TV host kicked off her son’s birthday celebrations with a beautiful tribute on her Instagram. She posted a sweet image of herself holding her son in all smiles. The three of them wear matching denim shirts and jeans with a white inner shirt.
“Can’t believe it’s been two years!!” the father of twelve wrote in the caption of the post to express his joy at the growth of his twins. “Zion and Zillion, this world is yours!! I love you so much! Happy birthday, kids!!”

Alongside the photo, she wrote, “Happy Birthday my baby. I am always in awe of god every time I see you boy. The joy and passion you bring into my life is something words cannot express. I thought I knew what “purpose” was until I had you two.”
