Nick Cannon has clarified his use of the term “provider” about his baby’s mother by emphasizing that he does not pay them a “monthly allowance”.

Cannon, 42, was forced to clarify the terms of her financial relationship with her six baby mamas after referring to herself as a “provider” in a recent interview with Hot 104.1, stating that she doesn’t give them a “monthly allowance” or a “set amount” of money.
“I don’t give myself that guideline. What they need, they get,” he said. “There was never anything that was asked for and not accepted by one of my children’s mothers.”
Cannon stated that he has “great respect and admiration” for the mother of all his children, saying that a woman giving up her body for a child is the greatest sacrifice and the greatest gift any man can hope for.
“No matter what happens in any scenario … I would never say anything rude or bad about any mother to my children,” he shared.

In another part of his interview with Audacity’s Hot 104.1, the host of “The Masked Singer” responded to what appeared to be a sarcastic remark from the host, who told him that his drag game was “crazy.”
Responding, the comedian joked, “Or my insertion game is amazing.”
Cannon had 12 children by six women. With his ex-wife, the legendary singer Mariah Carey, he has twins Monroe and Morocco; with Abby De La Rosa, he has twins Zion and Zillion; and a daughter named Beautiful Zeppelin.
He also shares three children with Brittany Bell; Golden Sagon, Mighty Queen, and Risen Messiah. Cannon is also the father of Onyx Ice Cole, whose mother is LaNisha Cole, and Legendary Love, with Bre Tiesi.
The “All That” alum also has two children with model Alyssa Scott: a daughter, Halo, and a son, Zen, who died of a brain tumor.

The actor regrets not sharing a child with his ex-girlfriend and co-star in the 2003 comedy, “Love Don’t Cost A Thing,” Christina Milian.
Cannon revealed in a recent interview with Thembi Mawema of “The Shade Room” that he wished he had a child with Milian and that he was filled with regret after finding out in 2019 that he was pregnant with a child that was not his.
“I remember when I found out she was pregnant,” the comedian told host Mawema, who then asked, “Are you like, shit?”
“Yeah, I’m like dang, man!” He answered, per Insider. “That might be me,” Mawema added, finishing Cannon’s sentence.
“Yeah, yeah,” Cannon joked. “But I’m so happy for him, and you know his daughter is great.”
Cannon and Milian dated for two years after starring in “Love Don’t Cost A Thing.” He shared that he and Milian discussed starting a family when they were dating, but things didn’t work out that way.

“Yeah yeah yeah. God decides when we’re done, but I believe I’ve had enough,” she replied when asked if she planned to have more children. “And I’m so focused. I’m locked in. But when I’m 85 , you never know. I might.”
She also continues to share her natural desire to be in a position to provide for all of her children as they pursue their life goals.
“It’s a blessing, man, like, hopefully, because of what I’m able to do, my kids can do whatever they want to do, to be in a position where, if they want to be a nuclear physicist, I know someone at an Ivy League school that I could meet,” Cannon said.
He added, “If they want to enter the army, if they want to be an artist, if they want to be an actor, it’s a matter where we have the ability. Let’s start talking about it now so we can help make your dreams come true.”
