Nelson is currently embroiled in a legal battle with Plan Design Events (PDE) run by Nicole Braghin and Arianna Grijalba. The billionaire hopes to get back the $159,000 security deposit from the woman who didn’t complete the job.
However, he took a moment to step aside and ask the woman to stop making her daughter and her marriage look bad. She claims they offer “no service of value” and now they cast a “very negative light” on her daughter.
This is the latest filing from Nelson and it is also separate from other cases regarding his security deposit. Hey, if you have the time and the money… why not?

The billionaire filed new paperwork on Wednesday in which he claims he rightly wants a refund and feels nothing. Nelson responded to the party planners who filed their own case against him “asking for more money for services that the Defendants did not provide,” and Nelson believes that he is now engaged in “good old fashioned change.”
In the filing, party planners named Nicola and her mother Claudia Peltz, a former model. He insists that the planners are only dealing with him, basically having no reason to name his newly married wife and daughter.
A source shared with Page Six, “Plan Design Event’s decision to target Nicola in the first year of her marriage is sad, especially when the facts show that she had nothing to do with the deal made with [them].”

Nelson also mentioned that she had to hire another wedding planner to make her daughter’s day everything she wanted, forcing her to shell out more for the special day. Michelle Rago of Destination Michelle Rago, comes to save the day, she specializes in celebrity weddings.

The main issue with PDE wedding planners is the guest list. It creates a ruckus and no one can tell who has RSVP’d and who hasn’t. The issue got so out of control that Nicola had to catch up with the planners via text as she supposedly caught them in a lie about the guest list.
Planners blame everything from “software” issues to “accidentally pulling the wrong information” to cover up mistakes and unaddressed tasks.
The women responded and did not return the money because they “tried everything to get Nicola and Claudia to check the guest list, but they would not cooperate … [yet] Nicola repeatedly demanded live updates on guest RSVPs.”
Therefore, feel entitled to keep a security deposit. These demands are constantly evolving.
