The famous wrestler recently opened up about her relationship with her husband and how she reacted to the sensitive matter surrounding their wedding.
Bella revealed that she told Chigvintsev about wearing the dress for their wedding, which she bought while engaged to ex-fiancé John Cena. The couple surprised their fans in August 2022 after tying the knot in a secret ceremony held in Paris.

Per PEOPLE, Bella revealed during an exclusive interview that she had a conversation with Chigvintsev about wearing the wedding dress she bought while engaged to her ex, Cena.
In his words, “I am very honest with Artem. I came to him because I will respect however he will feel with that.” The reality TV star went on to reveal that the professional dancer took the message well.
She said, “Artem was amazing with it. Not bothered at all. Even when the camera wasn’t rolling, I was like, ‘Artem be honest. Is that how you really feel?’ And it really happened.”
Giving more insight into why her husband reacted so coldly, she said, “Artem knows what kind of woman I am. I am very strong and independent. The dress to me represents who I am and what I like and my dreams.”
Revealing that she paid for the dress herself and never wore it to an event, she wondered why she had to choose a completely different outfit.
The Russian-born dancer also supported his wife’s decision by saying, “For me, if I have problems then I think we will have bigger problems in our relationship. The mother of one concluded by stating, “I think we have a lot of trust, and we know how much we love each other. She knows my love for her she knows wearing that dress doesn’t change my feelings.”

Bella and Chigvintsev’s relationship seems to have stood the test of time as fans rejoiced after the couple announced their low-key wedding ceremony. According to The Blast, the couple shared the news of their wedding through a joint Instagram post after posting a photo of two slides capturing the special event.
The first slide reveals a close-up of the couple’s wedding rings. The “WWE” star sweetly held her husband’s hand, their twirling fingers taking center stage as it was placed against a white and green floral backdrop.
The happy bride opted for well-manicured nude nails with an almond shape, while Chigvintsev’s nails were neatly trimmed.
In the following slide, the cute couple lock themselves in a warm embrace as they stare off into the distance, oblivious to their future while holding glasses of champagne in their hands.
Even as the couple posed for the cameras, eagle-eyed fans caught a glimpse of what Bella’s wedding dress might look like.
The TV personality looked stunning in an off-the-shoulder white gown that featured satin straps hanging loosely on either side., while the Emmy-nominated choreographer wore a white t-shirt and black pants.

The San Diego native, who is now happily married to the love of her life, Chigvintsev, was romantically involved with Cena and was even engaged to the WWE star before abruptly ending her relationship.
The famous wrestlers were together for six years, before calling it quits in 2018 weeks before they were due to walk down the aisle in a fairytale wedding.
Per The Blast, Bella, during an interview, took a trip down memory lane as she revealed the pain she felt when she realized it was time to end her relationship with the wrestler.
The “Unparalleled” author, in describing her feelings, said, “I think a lot of women go through this situation where it’s like, ‘I like this person, but I don’t know if he’s right for my life,’ and that’s a difficult thing.” He went on to explain, saying, “Sometimes we meet great people, but we just want to live a different life.”

Admitting that even though she really loved Cena, she had to follow her instincts, Bella said, “I just got this feeling so deep in my heart, like, ‘I have to go.’ And no one thought I would, but it hit me hard. Even though it was painful and traumatizing, I just knew it was right.”
