Son of an Artist
Nithya Shetty started her career as a child artist in 1999 with the Telugu film Chinni Chinni Aasa. She then played the role of Bhavani in the Telugu film Devullu.

In 2001, she played the lead role in the Hindi film Maya. Some of his popular Telugu films as a child artist include Little Hearts (2000), Mounamelanoyi (2002), and Anji (2004). After working in about 20 films as a child actress, Nithya decided to take a break from acting and concentrate on her higher studies.

After completing her studies, Nitya Shetty was placed on campus at Infosys, Hyderabad, as a systems engineer. He worked there for about two years and then resigned because he wanted to pursue a career in acting. From January 2015 to October 2015, he worked as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Geethika Tradelinks Ltd.
