While the stakes are high for Kanye West’s presidential campaign, no one is willing to take the risk.
Ye became a potential political force after seemingly declaring his intention to run for the White House in 2024 in a video he posted last November. The clip, which has since been deleted, showed the ‘Ye 24’ logo, a reference to wanting to be the next president of the United States.
The rapper followed up with another video detailing his dinner with former President Donald Trump and white supremacist Nick Fuentes at the former president’s Mar-a-Lago club. Unfortunately, West’s relationship with these two men appears to have done more harm than good to his campaign.

Since his initial announcement of his bid for the presidency in 2020, Ye has continued to double down on his intentions. However, his plan was immediately fraught with challenges, including a campaign event that saw him confess deeply personal details about his family.
Also, new updates from Daily Beast has revealed that the rapper’s problems include a lack of funds from supporters. In short, the father of four did not receive a single penny from anyone to help him with the campaign work he did a few years ago.

According to a campaign finance report, obtained by the outlet after its submission on Monday, Ye has spent out of pocket, racking up more than $142,000 in expenses.
A detailed expense report shows that the “Jesus Walks” rapper paid Fuentes more than $9,000 in “travel reimbursements” on the same day they dined with Trump in the company of a fourth guest, Milo Yiannopoulos. The political commentator and his team allegedly covered travel charges when he “moved to LA in November to do work for Kanye 2020.”
Next, the presidential contender sent Yiannopoulos $40,000 for “end-of-campaign services” in mid-December following his firing from Yeezy. The far-right winger also received about $10,000 for a “domain transfer” on the same day as the famous Mar-a-Lago dinner.
Shortly after being fired, Yiannopoulos claimed that he and Ye had come to a “mutual conclusion” that he would “step away” amid tensions between them. The fashion designer would later hire “Sneako,” a YouTuber known for racist comments and behavior.
The move didn’t surprise anyone, as the “Flashing Lights” hitmaker had shown support and praised Adolf Hitler a few days earlier. “Well, I see good things about Hitler. Every human being has values that they bring to the table, especially Hitler,” the GMA Dove Award winner praised during her appearance on the Alex Jones show.
Still in the drama of his campaign, Ye replaced his campaign treasurer with Patrick Krason — a professional treasurer — last month. The new role provides Krason’s company with a hefty salary of $40,000 for expenses such as travel, archival video services, web services and legal fees.

The windfall also includes $10,000 for office and campaign supplies. A company known as GSF has also received thousands of dollars from Ye in compliance fees, and it is reportedly affiliated with a veteran Republican operative.

As for her marriage to Censori, the couple allegedly walked down the aisle in a secret ceremony earlier this month. Although the two exchanged rings during their wedding, they have yet to confirm their union by filing a marriage certificate.
According to the newlywed’s LinkedIn profile, he has worked for Yeezy as an architectural designer for over two years.
