In his recent Instagram update, Dunne offered his followers a glimpse into the rigorous recovery routine of a Division 1 athlete.
With a massage emoji and the caption “indispensable,” Dunne hinted at the importance of rejuvenation in maintaining peak performance. A video clip accompanying the broadcast features Dunne using various equipment as he desperately tries to bounce back after his pivotal role in LSU’s win over the Georgia Bulldogs.

In January, Dunne treated her followers to another exciting video revealing her routine.
The 21-year-old, who is dating MLB player Paul Skenes, took to her Instagram account and took her 4.9 million fans through a “day off as a D1 athlete :).”
The New Jersey native started his day bright and early at 5:30 a.m. when he woke up and showed his Tigers pride in a gray and purple LSU sweat set. He headed to the bathroom, brushed his teeth and hair, then arrived at material practice at 6am
Coffee Stop
Dunne and his teammates start their morning routine with a coffee break, where he enjoys his favorite vanilla latte with oat milk before diving into their 7 a.m. FRC training session. The remainder of his morning was dedicated to attending appointments and receiving treatment for his torn labrum.
By noon, Dunne treated herself to what she described as a “literally life-changing massage,” followed by a conditioning session at the training gym at 2 p.m. represented as an ambassador, the athlete ended the day with an early casual dinner with teammates in the campus dining hall.
