Olivia Munn is having fun with her adorable son, Malcolm Hiep, as he gets older.
As fans may remember, Munn and her partner, John Mulaney, announced that they were expecting parents in September 2021, and by November 24 of the same year, they welcomed their little one.
Since then, the “X-Men: Apocalypse” actor couldn’t get enough of his son as he flooded his social media pages with the cutest moments he shared with him. In a recent update, Munn showed off her son’s morning Yoga pose.

The “Insanitarium” actress took to her Instagram Story to share an adorable selfie of her son with her 2.8 million followers. The one-year-old stole hearts by showing off the Yoga poses he learned.

Malcolm, wearing a white and black onesie with a star pattern, demonstrates the famous downward dog position in yoga. The child’s hands and heels keep him flat on the mat with his back up and down.
The little one is surrounded by a big furry bear and his plastic toys, and he looks adorable in his exercise element. Malcolm was in a room with a view of clear sea water and a beautiful sky. The sweet photo was simply captioned, “MORNING YOGA.”
This heartbreaking moment in Malcolm’s workout comes shortly after Munn made headlines for being attacked for his actions. As reported by The Blast, the “Iron Man 2” actor came under fire from his fans for taking his son to an Asian market to see dead animals.
The mother of one is excited to introduce her son to her culture, and in that spirit, she shared an interesting experience she had with him at the market on her Instagram. Unfortunately, Munn’s gesture was not received kindly, instead, it sparked the anger of offended fans.
The reel he posted featured a family of three — Munn, Mulaney, and their son — shopping at an Asian supermarket. The short video is set to the tune of Meghan Trainor’s hit song, “Made You Look.”
The family looked like they were having fun in their stylish outfits. The “Freeloaders” actress wore a red knit turtleneck sweater with blue flared jeans paired with black ankle boots. She wore her brown hair in no particular style, allowing it to fall freely down her back.

Her son, Malcolm, wore a gray starfish sweater paired with light colored pants. Instead, Mulaney looked cool, wearing a brown puffer jacket paired with blue jeans. The three of them paraded through the market with smiles on their faces.
However, this beautiful clip brings Munn’s first “bad fathering” criticism when he takes his son to the seafood department and shows him different seafood animals, from fish to snails. People who are against eating animals and other like-minded individuals are moving to remove the actor.
One fan expressed annoyance, writing, “How traumatizing…. A way to teach him how we treat wildlife.” Another wrote, Asian markets, where you can find many dead animals and see them suffering. What rubbish.” A third person sarcastically said, “Always one of my favorite places in Asian markets, “live seafood as an aquarium.”
Other commentators argued that she was seeking the wrong kind of attention and was not a great role model, prompting some of her fans to come to her defense.
The “Ride Along 2” Actor Is Not Here For His Son’s Rapid Growth
Like most moms, Munn can’t wait to see her son do grown-up things, but the one-year-old seems to be learning new things every day.
As previously reported, via her Instagram account, Munn shared a short clip featuring her one-year-old son acting freely in their cozy home. The little one is wearing “Burt’s Bees” baby unisex PJs in the video while trying to open the off-white painted door.

Having managed to open the door, Malcolm realizes his parents are filming him, so he crawls back to meet them. Her proud father, Mulaney, chimed in in the video to say, “You opened it,” but a less-than-enthusiastic Munn captioned the clip, writing, “She opened the door now???” Add more, “oh no… I’m not ready! Aggghh.”
