Olivier Martinez is suing the city of Los Angeles over a brutal motorcycle accident that he claims left him with serious injuries including a “brain injury.”
According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, the French actor filed a claim with the city for damages, demanding millions for the massive crash that he believes was caused by “multiple potholes.” However, the claim was rejected, so he decided to sue in civil court.

Martinez’s lawsuit against the city comes five months after he and ex-wife Halle Berry finally settled their eight-year divorce.
In court documents obtained by The Blast, the “Catwoman” actress signed an agreement to resolve ongoing issues with her ex-husband. “The parties have a written agreement that will be submitted to the court, or the ruling for the judgment will be submitted to the court and attached to the Judgment,” he said.

The settlement document reads, “In exercising joint legal custody, each Party shall consult and cooperate with the other parties to reach a mutual agreement regarding issues involving Maceo’s health, education and welfare and both Parties shall not make decisions unilateral impact on Maceo. Each Party shall inform the other Party of all matters related to Maceo’s health and/or illness, education, and general welfare.”
