Ozzy said, per Fox News“One thing about antidepressants is that they kill your sex drive instantly. If you’re on antidepressants, with most of them, your sex drive goes away.”
His son Jack interjected, saying, “It’s not guaranteed; it is only a possible effect.” Ozzy then pushed back and said that losing sex drive is a “guaranteed” side effect of antidepressants.
The singer’s daughter, Kelly, joined the conversation, stating, “Dad basically said, ‘I’m on an antidepressant, and it’s taking away my sex drive.'” Ozzy agreed with him and said that every type of antidepressant he’s ever taken in his life. had “killed” his sex drive.
During the conversation with Observer last year, Ozzy revealed that he started taking antidepressants when his mental health hit a “plateau” that was much lower than he wanted it to be.
She said, “Nothing really felt great. nothing. So I went on this antidepressant, and it worked really well.

He told Observer“You learn to live in the moment, because you don’t know [what’s going to happen]. You don’t know when you’ll wake up and you won’t be able to get out of bed. But you don’t think about it.”
The “Paranoid” singer also underwent multiple surgeries after falling at his home in 2019 and aggravating injuries from his ATV accident in 2003.

Through it all, he has the support of his wife, Sharon Osbourne, who he says has kept him strong. He said, “Without my Sharon, I would f—– go. We have a few arguments now and then, but otherwise, we just get on with it.”

She said, “For almost five years my husband was really sick. Relationships change all the time, as we do. We are at the point where I have taken care of my husband, not because I have to but because I want to and I love him. He has undergone seven surgeries in five years.
